Recently had this company install a new roof to our conservatory. After a lot of research we decided on Greenoaks and they did not disappoint. We would like to say a huge thank you to all at Greenoak Concept and Design for installing our Superlite roof. We are so very pleased with it. We were looking to have the roof of our conservatory replaced because of a constant leak every time it rained. I don't think we would have thought about it otherwise. But I have to say it is the best thing we ever did.
It has turned our conservatory into a proper room. It is just so much warmer. We did a lot of research on line and was very impressed with the Superlite roof. We looked for a company that fitted it and found Greenoak and I am so glad we did. The service we received was first class. Mike and Mark did the actual fitting. It was a huge job but nothing was too much trouble.
I have never known such clean and tidy workers. Everything was cleared up before they left each day and the same for the man that fitted the plaster board, the plasterer and the electrician. I am pleased to say that everything ran like clockwork. We were kept informed every step of the way and, if I needed to talk to someone, there was always someone in the office to speak to. I would not hesitate to use Greenoak Concept and Design in the future and would recommend them to everyone.

We used Greenoak concept and design to install a new front door for us. The service was amazing. We were booked in swiftly for someone to come and have a look and quote. The guy that came was really helpful and knowledgeable. The wait wasn't too long where other companies had told us 3 months wait to install a new door. They were accommodating with dates and times for fitting.
The guy that fitted was polite, friendly, punctual and tidy. The fitting was really quick and there was very limited damage which I was pleasantly surprised about after other companies telling me there was likely to be quite alot of damage. The service was amazing and I am so happy with my new front door!!

We were recommended to Greenoaks by our neighbours when we decided to have our old conservatory refurbished. We were initially impressed with the product knowledge and felt at ease with no pressure of a hard sale. Team of fitters were polite, worked tidily and were always on time. We have had a new solid roof fitted, along with new windows and French doors. We are now able to enjoy the extra living space. Would highly recommend

We recently had Greenoak Concept & Design install Wall Cladding to the front of our property. It has totally transformed the look of our home and we couldn't be happier. After years of wanting to revamp our conservatory but not trusting the right company. we found Greenoak Concept & Design. We had a new conservatory tiled roof fitted, new ceiling with spotlights. Along with new radiator and flooring and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Staff were very knowledgeable about the product, with no hard sales! We are in love with our new look conservatory and now use it all the time. Would 100% recommend Greenoaks.

Very happy with all aspects of work done. Conservatory converted to a new usable all year round room. Excellent from start to finish. Help with the design and the finish is outstanding. Very happy and would recommend them. So pleased I ordered new front door as well which was done specifically to my design. Love it!
