Very dangerous drivers, tailgating me on the A34! Avoid if you don't want to be bullied otherwise knock yourself out.

We have had our Radley Windows conservatory for ten years with no issues - we have been very pleased with it. Recently a small leak has occurred and within a very short time this was dealt with efficiently. My calls have been answered quickly and pleasantly by all the staff - thank you Radley windows.

I would highly recommend Radley Windows from start to finish. The professional sales team and the fitters were amazing. I would have never known we had fitters in our house, they left it looking spotless after each day they were with us. Brilliant!

A very poor customer experience. Poor workmanship followed by excuse-after-excuse from the directors rather than simply putting things right. a similar experience to other Google reviewers unfortunately! Also had the rather dubious pleasure of meeting the directors (Martin and Keith) who tried to tell me everything was fine; give multiple reasons why its not their fault; and then argue that I'm wrong to try to hold them to account.

Both were directors of a similarly named company trading from the same address that went into administration, so buyer beware! I did run an Experian Credit Check on Radley Windows, the score being 60/100 (at 16 Dec. 2019). By contrast, Anglian Windows scores 100/100.

RADLEY WINDOWS - A high price for a poor quality installation with sinking frames now damaging lower window trim and worn-out window mechanism (See attached photo's). Their sales pitch is that Radley Windows Limited is a family run local business with a track record of more than 27 years.but they then put my installation through a company called Radley Windows & Conservatories Limited (trading from the same address at Didcot, with the same directors and same registered address). Radley Windows & Conservatories was then allowed to go into administration. a cynical business practice that now allows Radley Windows to dodge repair and warranty claims. AVOID AND GO WITH A LONG RUNNING NATIONAL COMPANY INSTEAD.

Such an annoying and frustrating company to deal with. Keith came round to give us a quote. He chatted in a very convincing way, measured up our windows and front door, and promised us a quote and brochure within 36 hours. This turned out to be total nonsense. He failed to get back to us at all. What a complete waste of time. This is downright rude, and totally not the way to do business.

Reading the reviews this seems to be a regular pattern with the guy. I would advise people to steer clear. We have opted for another local company ('Which' approved traders) who came up with an excellent quote on the spot and agreed to begin work within ten days. If Radley windows don't want the job they should just say so. Don't lie.

Really don't understand the other negative reviews. Have used Radley twice and can only praise all departments of the company. Keith was extremely helpful and very professional. Gave great advice which in turn vastly improved the appearance of our property. Great product and great company.

Unlike the other review that I just came across, our experience has been of having nothing but great service. We had our last house fully fitted out by Radley and they were excellent from start to finish. So much so that we did not consider anyone else when looking to update our new house.

Had Keith from Radley windows round to quote for a conservatory. This was 5 weeks ago. Not heard a peep since despite contacting Radley numerous times. Complete and utter waste of time. If they can't even sort a quote out what hope do they have of actually building a conservatory?
