We had decided to replace our conservatory roof and had several quotes from companies and decided on Oakley Green as they were prepared to both listen and work with us on the new design. There was an issue as sides of the building are attached to the house giving issues with the proposed Ultra Frame roof and the guttering on one side. After much discussion the surveyor and other staff came up with a design that overcame the issues and was submitted to Ultra Frame who were able to approve the design.

We were pleased with the outcome and with the way Oakley Green had worked with us to achieve such an outcome especially as the first company selected were not interested and was one size fits all. Work commenced early January and is now complete and we were so impressed with the team of fitters who installed the new roof. They were very professional, kept us informed and kept the area clean and tidy. Their standards are very high and we would recommend Oakley Green very highly indeed.

Oakley Green did an amazing job designing and building our Orangery. We are very pleased with the service and product we received and were impressed with the friendliness, efficiency and quality of work from everyone involved. Highly recommended!

We had an Orangery supplied by Oakley Green last June. The whole process couldn't have been more straight forward. The help with deciding what we wanted was invaluable, they have so much experience with these sorts of projects, they know what works and what doesn't. the next process was deciding on the price, after a short negotiation a final fixed price was arrived at, the contract we signed was very detailed which gave me confidence that that was what we would actually pay, no hidden extras.

Shortly after signing the contract we received a schedule of works, this detailed every step of the build, giving dates for each element, I took this document with a pinch of salt, I couldn't have been more wrong, in hind sight I'm surprised they didn't include the actual time each job would take. Once the builders arrived everything couldn't have gone better, I've never seen workmen continue to lay bricks with a cup of coffee going cold beside them, they really wanted to get the job done, I'm delighted with the standard of their workmanship.

The next team constructed the roof, fitted the sky lantern and installed the windows, they were followed by the electrician and finally the plasterer, again the standard of workmanship was second to none, always kept a tidy site, no loud radios to disturb the neighbours. I caused a bit of a hassle, I had my heating engineer installing pipes while they were trying to lay the floor screed, the Oakley Green guys were perfect, everyone got on very well and the job got done.

I'm delighted to report that the couple of minor snags we have had since completion have been dealt with very promptly, always a positive. All in all we couldn't be happier with the finished Orangery, it works exactly as planned and certainly has the wow factor. Peter Shaw. Kintbury Hungerford

Had Oakley Green build an Orangery for us. Very pleased and surprised how smoothly the whole process went from first meeting with Paul through design, and planning process, onto the build and completion all completed within the time scales forecast which is a feat within its self these days. Everyone involved from Surveyor, Works manager, Ground works, bricklayers, electrics, plumbers, Fitters, and plastering, were a credit to the company.

Very please with the high spec of materials used, not the low budget brand, I suppose you only get what you pay for. Had a couple of minor issues during the build which the Works Manager had resolved very quickly without us having to mention them again. If you want a High quality well planned no stress no fuss build then i highly recommend Paul and his team at Oakley Green Conservatories.

We would highly recommend Oakley Green for conservatories and garage conversions. They built us a wonderful new family room, downstairs toilet and utility. Everyone that works at Oakley Green is extremely passionate about what they do and work so hard to achieve the end goal. In particular wanted to mention and thank Chris for practically digging the foundations by hand, Adam for coming out and consulting on design, Chris for plastering and carpentry and Mark for managing the project and building our new room. I couldn’t recommend Oakley Green high enough. When we were looking into getting our conservatory built we of course shopped around. Oakley Green weren’t the cheapest, but “cheap” is not the way you want to look at it when you are making such a huge lifestyle investment. From start to finish, brickies, fitters, the foreman and the plasterer were all very professional and courteous, to us and also our neighbours.

It is a taxing experience with around 4 weeks to completion, however all the guys at Oakley made it painless and had a good sense of humour, although we have probably kept Tetley Tea Bags afloat with the amount of cuppas supplied! On a serious note, if you are looking for a company to come in, look after your house/garden as if it was their own and to have a top class professional job, then look no Further than Oakley Green.

We have just had a large orangery added to our new house (April 2021). Our experience with Oakley Green has been excellent in all respects. 5 stars for sure. The quality of their product is great. The tradespeople that came to our house were capable, friendly and dependable. The price is fair and no surprises. We fully recommend them.

Had an Orangery built by Oakley a few years ago and was pleased with that. Consequently from that, my daughter had a conservatory built by them and she has just recently changed the roof of the conservatory to a fully tiled roof, again by Oakley and as ever, the workmanship has been of a good standard and the workforce pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend Oakley.

After finding out that Oakley Green had installed the conservatory on the house we bought just over two years ago, we decided to let them fit a new front door to the house. The conservatory must be around 5 years old but still looks and operates great. All the doors and windows close and seal effortlessly, so it was a 'no brainer' to go with Oakley.

They offered us a great choice of design but no compromise on build and quality, which was what we wanted after experiencing a cheaper version that came with the house. The guys came along on time and finished as predicted. They were Oakley guys in an Oakley van so not subbies! They were polite, professional and left the whole area looking spotless before advising us on how to look after the door. 'A' stars all round and I'm not the sort of person who deals those out often.

Oakley Green Conservatories was highly recommended to us by our son when we were thinking about having extensive works done to improve our house. We were especially impressed with the additional light and space afforded by the fantastic orangery they had added to his home. We invited one of their designers for initial discussion who enabled us to see how, with their help and expertise, the potential of the downstairs space of our older house could be realised.

Once work started we were immediately impressed with the high standard of work and professionalism of the Oakley Green team. They did an amazing job. We now have a wonderful modern kitchen conversion as well as a spacious and light new orangery. Everything turned out as we wanted and could hope for. We are delighted to highly recommend Oakley Green Conservatories!

Another Very Happy Customer! After Oakley Green initially installed our conservatory 13 years ago we decided to upgrade our roof so we could comfortably use the room all year round and it felt more like a room than an 'add on'. From our initial discussion with Paul we knew they would be the best choice, Colin project managed the whole job - making everything run smoothly and efficiently with the team removing the whole roof - ensuing the floor was still protected - installing all the bars followed by electrics and plastering (& cleaning everything top to bottom) - they even recommended a decorator - so within 3 weeks we were ready to move back into it - so happy with the work - would definitely recommend them. fantastic service from the whole team at Oakley green . from initial consultation to design and build , I cant fault any aspect of their work . we have had all windows replaced , 2 new front doors , a porch built, a stable door fitted and a bespoke orangery . professional, polite and on time , from the ground workers, to window fitters , plasterers and electricians. they have kept me updated throughout and nothing was too much trouble . I would not hesitate in recommending paul and his team for any improvements you require.

We initially visiting Thatcham show site and must say from young Andy coming out to design the conservatory through to the plasters finishing it, we have thought the whole thing has been brilliant. All the trades worked well, turned up when they said they would and I am enjoying the new room. I would 100% recommend Oakley Green.

The conservatory is beautifully finished. However your biggest asset at Oakley Green is your staff. Nothing was too much trouble and it is so comforting to know that you do not contract your work out. The workers all took pride in their jobs and their company. They were extremely hard working, good humoured and polite.

I would just like to say a big thank you for the conservatory installed by Oakley Green at the beginning of June. I am delighted with the standard of the work. This addition to my property has given me so much extra space.
