Brilliant service throughout, had a minor issue with a whistling seal, came out investigated the problem, didn't work, arranged another call out to investigate, but didn't need it, found the issue was a tiny bit of loose sealent inside causing the problem, bit of sealent later all fixed. Cannot fault their professional service and product.

Just had several windows replaced and our dormer clad. Really pleased with the work done and the whole experience with Sheffield Windows. They arrived promptly for every visit, were helpful and thorough throughout ensuring I was happy at every stage and true to their word they never followed up the quote despite their being quite a gap between receiving the quote and being in a position to be able to book them for the work.

The scaffolding went up and came down exactly when they said it would. Their fitters were really hardworking and professional and completed in the two and half days allocated. They also responded to and solved two small issues immediately. Delighted with their work, just as my Mum was when she had her windows done by them 9 years ago. They still look as good as new and they came immediately when she had a locking issue with her patio door. I thoroughly recommend them for quality, workmanship, price and service.

Just had an internal front double glazed door fixed. I was super impressed by the men who came, their work and eye for detail. The job was quick clean and the finished result excellent. I was silly and used a big country wide company for the back of the house and have had nothing but trouble and call backs, only wish I had stuck with this company who I had been so happy with for Windows upstairs. Go local they care more and the job and staff are friendly, polite and on time. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect prices, products and service. Everyone who uses them totally recommends them and I doubt there are many (if any?) window companies that could boast the same? Can personally vouch for their 10 years guarantee as I had a 'problem' with bifolding doors, several years after fitting. Not any fault of the fitting or doors themselves (user error!).

The engineer visited at my convenience within a couple of days, was friendly, polite and punctual, spending some time servicing the doors and explaining how the problem had arisen, all entirely free of charge. Just about to use Sheffield Window Centre again, having had a quotation from them for replacement uPVC French doors, which I'm delighted to say came in as the cheapest of the lot.

Had them insatlled about 4 years ago, had a small problem with 1 unit, there was a no quible fix done, and on the guarantee. Really good service and very fast. would highly reconmend this company. Would give them 6 starts if i could.
