Critical: Quality, Value Do not use. Installed a brand new window that was broken (crack right down entire new window) whilst we were at work. They also broke the beadwork and on top of this did not install the window board we paid for. Very poor service and workmanship Service: Window installation

We are delighted with our new "Solidoor" front door. It's great quality, the fitting of it was seamless. They even installed 2 new air vents under the front door for us. Once the door was installed, we decided we wanted a thumb lock on the inside rather than a key, so they came and changed the lock for us. When the lock was changed, we realised that we didn't like it, it wasn't as practical for us as the original lock (Through no fault of their own) and they came back again and changed it for us. This company is very professional. and they are one of just a few remaining long-lasting double glazing firms still around today. We Have had the pleasure to work alongside them for the last 12 years. We highly recommend them to all.

Although my door looked good to start with I quickly realised the wrong glass had been used (see through rather than opaque) rendering it totally useless and see-through. After calling the company I found out that it was discovered when making the door that they were unable to use the opaque glass with the design I had chosen, yet even though this was one of my main design wishes, nobody bothered to call and tell me prior to installation.

Even though it was not done to the specifications on the contract I was left with few options or assistance from the company and a door I now hate. From the very beginning they were late for every appointment from sales, to surveys to installation. We would constantly have to call and check where they were. It has taken 3 weeks for them to respond to an email complaint and each time I have spoken to someone the story has changed, I have been lied to, or even laughed at.

They have refused my requests for written correspondence, I believe on purpose, so I have no record of what's been said. All in all a very distressing experience that has cost me lots of money and stress. I have been made to feel as if I'm in the wrong even though it was completely their fault, if I had been contacted before installation to say they could not do what I had ordered or at least offered a simple apology my rating would not have been so low. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. We've had all the windows in our 3 storey semi replaced (16 of them) and we couldn't be happier with the result. I was dubious about replacing our old timber windows with PVCu, but the ones Headway supply are of excellent quality and the house is so much brighter, warmer, quiet and secure. The fitter was exceptionally hard working and quick and the finish on the windows is outstanding. I highly recommend this company - they've been a pleasure to deal with and have done a brilliant job.

I used this company less than a month ago, I had a front door and two windows fitted. I highly recommend this company very professional they kept in the timelines as promised, the staff were extremely polite and ensured that all mess was cleared before they left. The after care was extremely professional I had a call the day the work was finished to see if I was happy and then the manager checked the work the day after. Very happy customer.

Excellent service throughout, the salesman was most informative and explained the whole product range so I could best choose the product for my house, with no pressure. Once I placed my order a lovely surveyor arrived I think his name was Ron, he was very helpful and explained all the installation process. The office kept in contact with me throughout either by phone or letter and I felt very cared for being a widower.

Finally the installation and windows and doors were fitted to a top quality service and I could not fault a thing, I would highly recommend Headway to all my family and friends. Its nice to find a local company that actually cares. Thank you.

What a God send when you need them! We had a UPVC door fitted by a builder a few years ago which we had purchased from a DIY store which fell apart. Having looked around we used Headway generally because our neighbor recommended them. They were great they did a repair for us the same day to make us secure whilst we waited for our new door. It was fitted the very next day and looked amazing and the quality of the door and locks were fantastic.

We have since had a conservatory which has really opened up the house and the planning they put it to make our dream home was superb. Highly recommended if you want quality and a good finish.
