We carry out work on projects both large or small, with jobs ranging from a few windows all the way up to a new-build hotel or grand residential dwelling. We think the most accurate way to describe us is that we're large enough to cope but small enough to still care about every job.Perhaps the best thing about us is that, if, on the rare occasion, there are any problems on any job large or small, we make sure that problem gets resolved as soon as possible. Our customers are often impressed at how swiftly we rectify any niggles. We only expect full payment once the whole job is completed to our customers complete satisfaction, giving additional peace of mind. We wouldn't expect it any other way.

We have been delighted with the service from DWL over the past few months. DWL we're not only very competitive on their quote, they were very attentive from the first initial survey, throughout door production and then on during installation. The lead time on the doors was also substantially shorter than a lot of competitor when we shopped around. We cannot recommend DWL enough.

We found the range of products to be excellent. In addition the knowledge and patience of DWL was a great support when deciding on what windows and doors to have installed. The installers were professional and respectful of our property ensuring that they tided up at the end of each day of installation. The aftersales service is also excellent. DWL want you to be happy with their product and take great care to ensure this is the case by tending to any snagging required promptly. We would highly recommend DWL.

We decided on aluminium windows and doors for our new extensions and to replace existing fittings. We required windows, french doors and two thirds opening sliding doors finished in 7016 grey. We received excellent service throughout, from help with our initial requirements through to survey and installation. We also ordered a Solidor which is both smart and secure, and Decstone window cills which really blend well with the windows. Overall I cannot recommend DWL highly enough for product and service and have, indeed, recommended them.

After a lot of research into Aluminium Crittal style windows and doors for the extension to my Victorian terraced house I decided to go with DWL. I opted to pay extra for the survey supply and fit of the new windows and doors (instead of just supply and my own builders to fit). Really glad I did as the whole process was really smooth and impressive.
Happy with the result. Fantastic customer service and was kept up to date throughout the manufacturing time which was delayed slightly at the factory. Georgia was always on hand to answer any questions and the fitters arrived promptly and it took no time at all to get everything in. Would highly recommend DWL!

The whole job from our first point of contact to the finished job was carried out expertly and professionally. The price was very competitive and the windows were exactly what we had been looking for - in fact DWL was the only company that met our exact requirements. The work was carried out very well and our house was left clean and tidy. So many passers by stop and ask for the company name and comment on the windows. As part of the renovation project of a 1960s architect designed house in Canterbury, DWL provided us with the replacement of all windows and doors. DWL installed some aluminium Smart heritage 47 windows and doors for me as well as some curtain walling. The process was great from start to finish, with the sales team working alongside me throughout the whole process. Managed to get things installed just in time for my tight timescale. Would recommend.
