Recently, we had a new front window fitted by Conwy Valley Windows. The window is a very large bay, forming the central focus of our bungalow. The three window fitters, Richard, Cameron and Andy were very friendly, hard-working and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend using the services of Conwy Valley Windows, especially the care and attention given to us by Adam, the sales consultant.

Just changed windows and rear door, Tony, Cameron and Rich arrived on time, very pleasant, very clean and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We are so pleased with our windows. They make a huge difference to both the sound proofing and heat insulation. From the initial start of the process to the final finish Conwy Valley were always prompt with any questions we had and very responsive. The team that fitted the windows were extremely courteous and professional. They also took great care to make sure that they cleaned up properly after themselves which is almost unheard of! I would highly recommend Conwy Valley Windows.

Conwy Valley have been excellent from start to finish. I needed a large, tatty conservatory bringing down and a new modern kitchen/living extension rebuilding in its place. Vaughan the GM has been fantastic throughout, keeping me constantly updated, listening to everything I wanted but also giving me great advice and ideas when I wasn't sure. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan.

I knew I could call him anytime if I had any questions, no matter how small! Every single tradesperson involved was professional and friendly and I'm over the moon with what they have achieved. My home has been completely transformed. The extension is an incredible design with Bifold doors and Velux windows. They also arranged beautiful new flooring throughout the house and a lovely new front door. You really do get a 5 star service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful company or to use them again in the future.

From helping me to design and then replace my shabby old conservatory the guys have been great. Super friendly but professional. I now have a beautiful garden room with stylish roof that everyone has admired. Good job.

I have recently had a conservatory of over 20 years old replaced by Conwy Valley Windows & Conservatories. The initial visit was to have a look & give/ suggest options for the replacement. The costing followed & was accepted. A detailed measurement visit was then undertaken by the surveyor. Due to the current Covid situation there was a delay in starting the work, but once started things progressed very well.

Again a delay due to very bad weather but when the groundworks were complete the installation was very quick & efficient. The CVW staff were very good & tidy workers, being friendly & approachable. The tradesmen used for the plaster work & electrics were also very good & tidy. Overall a really nice finished conservatory & I am so pleased that I took the advice for a 'solid' roof & opted for a Velux roof window.

A minor snagging issue arose after completion but was very quickly responded to & dealt with. With the conservatory constructed with a high level of insulation it is more like an extension & retains warmth very well indeed. I would have no problem to recommend Conwy Valley Windows & Conservatories.

Fantastic company. They did our conservatory roof and sloping kitchen roof in warmaroof, Removed a wall, replaced sliding doors with French doors. Moved and installed new radiator. Replaced electrics in kitchen. Plastered. In fact prepared room perfectly for the new kitchen. Can't thank them enough. Everyone there was brilliant. Thank you.

Fab company with 5star service! Needed structural work done with walls being removed into extension, a new doorways created and a window replaced. Vaughan helped us all the way through the process and was always available if I had any questions. They supported us with engineers drawing, building regs and so much more. The guys did a great job and at the end of every day the place was neat and tidy. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

I've dealt with other double glazing businesses and they just don't come close. From start to finish Conwy Valley have been a pleasure to work with. Despite encountering problems that were not of their making they stuck with it and ensured the job was finished to a high standard.
