We are so please with our fabulous new windows that Neil and his team, Simon and Mark just installed for us early this week! This is the second time we used NR Windows and it is a right decision once again. Neil is very professional, responsive and understanding. Highly recommend their services. We asked for a porch door a couple of years ago and Neil fulfilled our brief, installed a bespoke one with competitive price. We then ordered a stable door right away which looked fantastic and installed professionally.

Requested appointment for a quote to replace conservatory and prior to this a replacement porch roof. Later found out that this had been discussed with another customer. The company had stated that 'we had wasted their time obtaining comparison quotes' I was under the impression that it is normal process obtaining comparison quotes!

Ordered two new composite doors from NR Glaziers. Two men came to measure up and later that day sent me an estimate. No pressure selling at all but was informed that there was a waiting list for the doors. We were in no rush and the doors arrived about twelve weeks later. The two lads that fitted the doors were brilliant. The doors look brilliant and the fitters deserved five stars for doing an excellent job and clearing up all of the rubbish when completed. Would definitely recommend NR and all of their staff.

Prompt arrival of workforce - they worked solidly for a whole day but due to wrong measurement from surveyor 2 pieces were wrong which took them into another half day - would recommend

Very glad we found them! We needed 4 sheets of greenhouse glass. Would you believe it - they keep the standard sizes in stock and any other sizes they will cut for you while you wait. Great service and prompt attention.

Absolutely love our Endurance door. NR Windows have been fantastic throughout. Thanks to Neil, John and Paula for the professionalism of such a wonderful service shown to us. I wouldn't even bother going anywhere else. They go over and above to ensure you are happy with their products. Just had a new door fitted, cheapest by far in local area. Fitter arrived early! And didn't stop even while having a cuppa until he'd finished. Left no mess and took the old door away with him. Thoroughly recommend this firm!

This company took over from GM Glazing who were great. I called them to get a quote for a new window and to fix a pane of glass in a door which GM Glazing had put in. The person that came said he would get back to me by e mail. Did not hear anything and after calling 3 times and leaving messages I gave up, Have the common courtesy to get back to a potential customer. I have found someone else to do the job now.

We had an old conservatory taken down and a new one built on same footprint. All I can say is it was the best thing we could have done, most importantly we couldn't have picked a better company- NR Windows. Very impressed from start to finish. So thankyou!

We have recently had 7 windows, 2 doors and a set of bi folding doors fitted by Nr Windows. We have to say the whole team at NR were amazing from the office staff to the surveyor and the window fitters. We would not hesitate to recommend NR to our family and friends in the future.
