Abused and threatened by a van driver while cycling to work on a quiet weekend morning which nothing was seemingly done about. This week I get driven at by another van when he figures out its not a car coming towards him through an underpass. Their employees weaponise their vehicles and are trash humans.

When they fitted the windows and doors, I was very pleased with the service, the goods and the price. However, one of the panes of glass cracked in the sunlight. I was told that this wasn't covered by the guarantee, as they couldn't cover every eventuality or they'd go out of business. In January 2020, I asked them to replace the glass, still not done in June 2020. They had plenty of time before lockdown. Now having problems with a door and am unable to get them on the phone.

If I could give them a zero I would. The fitters are lazy and unprofessional, finishing work at 2.00 every day. And when I complained I was treated appallingly, the fitters were extremely rude and aggressive and I felt quite intimidated. Senior management seem to encourage their bad behaviour, which is extremely worrying. Avoid, avoid, avoid
