Dee Windows

Absolutely fantastic work carried out for me. The fitters where very patient and kept the place clean and tidy. I was a bit worried after the mess another company made to the rear of my property. But the work carried out was fantastic and second to none, the new windows have made such a difference. Thank you guys.

Absolutely terrible service! I'm astonished at how bad! They didn't deliver a service despite several attempts at chasing them, receiving multiple different responses promising, a week later we ring for an explanation and the man was rude, effectively lied and went silent when it was pointed out that this was not true and then hung the phone up! Would never use them or recommend them!

Absolutely terrible service, they let us down on a number of occasion and when trying to establish why, they argued back, tried to place the blame on us, lied and then hung up!

I have had nothing but great service and windows from DeeWindows. My house is wonky and old. (tricky) From pricing to fitting these guys have kept me informed all the way and my windows and doors look fantastic

We had French doors fitted by Dee windows and the work carried out by the two fitters was to a very high standard, the quote for the doors was very competitive. We replaced a patio door which was taken away with all the old frames no mess. We can recommend this company with confidence.

After care service is fantastic even after having Windows and doors fitted nearly 5 years ago! 2nd time I've rang and they have had someone to the house the same day. A local company that cares about the customers

We have just had Dee Windows to renew all windows, Front and Back Doors. I can say we are extremely pleased with the manner in which the whole job from the planning stage to the completion of the fitting - a really professional job! My fears that after the removal of the existing windows and doors I would need to re-decorate, however, that was not the case, the installers did a fantastic job. Our experience of Dee Windows was totally negative. We accepted their quote to replace a bedroom window and window sill in April 2018. We didn't get the paperwork for the work until September which we returned with the deposit they asked for. The subsequently contacted us and asked for an additional payment saying that the window sill was not included in the original quote.

We asked them to check the paperwork which they did and confirmed that it was included. They came out in October and made a judgement call not to carry out the work because of the severe weather and we rearranged for a few days later. They did not turn up for this and did not contact us to say why. We chased this up and were told that the office manager would get back to us but he didn't.

The following day we received a brief letter from Dee Windows saying that they had returned our deposit. This is a quote from the letter: "We do not wish to carry out the window replacement for you." No explanation was given.

From start to finish Derek who owns Dee Windows has been extremely efficient and kept me informed at regular intervals of work schedule dates etc and all work was completed to a very satisfactory standard. Neighbours have stopped and commented on the new windows and door that Derek helped us choose and I feel it is a huge credit to Derek and all the Team of what a good job they do. I would have no doubt in using Dee Windows again in the future.

I asked for a quote to change 2 small bathroom windows and they came out to do measurements the next day and the quote. However, they needed to confirm with the factory about window sill sizes and they would get back to me the next day with a finalised quote.still waiting for that phone call 3 weeks later! I've had no contact from then whatsoever as if they have forgot. I have decided to go with another company now. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend wasting time on these.
