Terrible customer service from his company. Salesman Gavin was fab but even he's left now! My front door was fitted 3 years ago its never been right. Really drafty. They've been out numerous times then forget to come back. Lady on phone told me they had no staff and I'd have to wait and she'd put me on a list. That was 2 months ago! Windows are drafty and I'm not convinced sealed properly but still haven't visited to check! I've complained numerous times. Spoke to them today and have no record of ever being out! Unbelievable- avoid they can't keep the staff which speaks volumes

Very disappointing to say the least. Asked for a quote for sash windows and was told it doesn't suit the property (a house full of sash windows) so the salesman quoted for another type of window. He then gave me a figure, which I told him was ridiculous, and he dropped the price by 1000 within five minutes. When I asked why it came down by so much so fast he told me the higher price was for a product I hadn't asked for. Credibility went out the window and it was then a race to get him out of the door as fast as possible. They wont be coming back. One star is generous because there is no option for no stars.

No high pressure sales and Warmseal were willing to listen to all our requests, discuss options and offer excellent advice! Our new windows look fantastic and have changed the whole look of our house as well as creating a much warmer environment! The guys who installed our windows were true professionals, courteous and helpful and incredibly efficient!

We had work undertaken in January. The weather was kind to us and we were lucky with that. Luck didn't take any part in choosing this company though. We had a good meeting with the representative who carefully took our requirements and turned it into an acceptable quotation. A few weeks later the two lads turned up on the Monday and put in five full days to completion.
Another fitter came back the following week to replace a windowsill which they had found unacceptable. We are very pleased with the workmanship as well as the quality of the windows and doors. We would recommend Warmseal unhesitatingly. It's been a pleasure to deal with them.

This is the only people I deal with when I need windows or doors! You get given one fair price, no pressure from sales people, no hanging around your house no making phone calls to the manager etc. This firm are just honest professionals with a reputation to supply you with the very best at the very best price possible. 5m Origin Bifold doors were fitted. No pushy salesmen involved. I couldn't make the installation date with just a day's notice they were fine with this and rescheduled. I was also happy that they only take payment once finished and you are happy. Fitting was perfect and they did a really good job. However, there were a few scratches on one pane, so they took no payment and replaced the glass with no fuss.
This failed again and again they just took it away and replaced it, and a third time it had a faint scratch on the inside! Of course, better QC would have found this, but the glass is supplied by another company and I'd suggest they try elsewhere for their glass. With the bifold doors we noticed a tiny scratch on one door, on inspecting, and they touched it up, but we weren't entirely happy so they offered a new frame for this door or money off.
I suspect you shouldn't believe the other older reviews now, that were dated prior to the takeover after they went into administration as it seems this new ownership really wants to put customer care and quality first. I'd buy with confidence again. Note, it was just the doors installed in the photo, not the building. thanks.

This is actually relating to an installation 18 months ago, however, today I see they have adverts on the TV again. They've been in administration, AGAIN, and a change of Directors, AGAIN. Check on Companies House website for the history of Warmseal, and the incarnations of 'Warmseal'. Same individuals involved appear time after time. 'Warmseal' put in two doors & six windows - and there was an issue with EVERY aspect of removal of the old stuff & installation of the new gear.
Don't believe a word of the sales patter that these people give you. Incidentally, whatever 'guarantee' they use as part of their sales patter is absolutely worthless, as, if they go into administration any guarantee means nothing. As a 'new' risen from the ashes version of Warmseal they won't honour your guarantee as it is part of a company that does not exist any more.
They had then, and even now, have almost NONE of their own employees, therefore the installation will be carried out by sub-contracted installers. Man with a van anyone? I had two plain white vans turn up (none of the pretty stuff you see in the adverts). The, er, 'professional' installers then fitted the doors & windows and disappeared within a few hours. Yes, a WHOLE house in a few hours. Needless to say, there was damage to walls inside & out, damage to doorstep, skirting boards and window sills, damage to exterior rendering.
Deeply scratched window panes were actually fitted despite already being damaged, window trim and beading was cut too short - and yet was still fitted, keys for the window locks were heavily rusted, door lock on one door didn't work properly. The list goes on. And on. A door & window company that has workers who clearly don't even know how to use a tape measure?
You couldn't make it up. Numerous phone calls & letters just bring garbage replies, lies, fobbing off, and inaction from the Warmseal clown factory. You'll find pursuing legal action works far better. Eventually, an actual Warmseal employee visited FOUR times over three months to rectify the appalling installation. Ironically, the quality of the actual doors & windows is really good.
It's just the quality of anyone involved with Warmseal that is woefully lacking in every way. They are only interested in getting your money. Their claims of fantastic guarantees and wonderful customer service are absolute codswallop. Absolutely disgraceful wretched company. Stay well clear.
