Really great experience. Accidentally broke an internal glass pane on our double glazed bay window when installing some shutter blinds in September. Rang lots of glaziers in the area in a total panic to see if anyone could help. Lots of glaziers said they couldn't help at all, as the national issue with gas and petrol shortage meant that there were major delays on glass production and delivery to glaziers. However, the lady at Fitzpatrick Glaziers was really helpful.

She sent someone out to measure the replacement glass on the same day I called. Understandably, it's taken over a month for the glass to be ready due to production delays. But the glaziers came yesterday and did a fantastic job of safely knocking out the broken glass, replacing the pane and thoroughly tidying up any shards. Would definitely recommend them!

Woman chewing gum answered the phone. I explained what I was after and was advised to email them with pictures. I did so. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply.

Absolutely excellent once they got the glass in. Apparently there are real issues with the supply chain (I checked, and everyone was having to deal with delays), so they were waiting for months to get the new window, but as soon as they got it in, they were round and installed within less than a week. Really delighted with the service.

They were awesome! Not just 100 less than our other quotes, but they were really knowledgeable and had the nicest guys working for them. We had an old wooden door and they were able to replace the glass without causing major damage, which was awesome! Even cleaned up when done

If you want good advice, excellent service and very competitive pricing DONT go anywhere else. From start to finish I could not fault this company John measured and gave us an estimate along with some good suggestions that we had not considered. The fitters Darren and Ian were excellent. They treated my home with respect, worked extremely hard, tidied up after finishing and we are delighted with the results. Having experienced other companies and fitters in the past I wouldn't consider going anywhere else they really are the BEST.

Did not turn up at the agreed date. Did not ring back. The admin lady is rude and inefficient. Avoid

I can't thank this company enough for the help they gave my Mam who is in her 80's. With the heavy rain we've had past few days the rain started pouring in through the top of her bay window, she rang 6 local firms and no one was willing to help. But Fitzpatrick glaziers sent two lads straight out to make it water tight until it can be repaired fully with new canopy as the window cleaner stood on it and caused the damage. Can't recommend them enough

I have worked with Fitzpatrick Glaziers countless times over many years and couldn't ask for a better firm. They are very reliable and with high quality workmanship and after sales.

We needed a couple of window pains replaced along with some hinges on two other windows. At the same time as having this work done I asked for the front door to be checked as it was catching on the floor. The fitter spent six minutes adjusting the hinges on the door and we were charged 36 for these six minutes (reduced from 48 after complaining). The initial charge of 48 for 6 minutes work equates to 480 per hour labour!

The person I spoke to during the complaint advised the charge was due to their minimum call out charge being 60. I could understand this but the fitter was already here completing a 500+ job. This fact was disregarded. Stay clear unless you are happy to pay the 480 per hour labour charges for small extras.

Top rate job on bespoke windows also new door definitely use this firm again.
