The mistake of ours was we paid 5000 deposit for a conservatory We decided to cancel after 24 hours August 2021 after reading reviews We were told by David Hawkins that as the conservatory was 'Bespoke' we could not have our money back. What I would like to know is how can it be 'Bespoke' when nothing was measured by him or anyone else. He has refused to give the debt collectors our money back so I guess we will have to try another route.
Do think long and hard before signing up with him and make sure you see the T&C's which he did not supply and still has not done, Defo absolutely NO stars (I had to put 1 star to post) for David here you owe me 5000 I will never forgive you for this my hubby died last year still angry about the treatment you gave us I hope you meet your match they say what goes around comes around can't wait!

Sunset completed a bespoke conservatory extension for us recently that looks great and has been receiving many compliments from others. The builder team were direct employees and all really nice folks to have on site; with a genuine pride in their craftsmanship, and adaptable in their approach. Would certainly use them again and certainly recommend them from our experience.
