We have just had bifold doors fitted into our new self build house. We visited the showrooms during the covid lockdown but Lance was very helpful and we sent and received several emails to confirm exactly what our requirements were. The quality of the product was superior to others we had looked at and the price was competitive. Both the young man who came to take the measurements and the 2 who fitted the doors were professional and friendly and we are really happy with our new doors. They arrived and were fitted within a week of the original delivery date. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Duralife windows installed in our house six years ago and we were delighted with the professional and friendly service we received. We still get regular compliments on the.look of the windows from passers-by and recommend Duralife to friends.

We had a new wooden front door fitted by Duralife, we wanted to replicate the old doors look but incorporate better seals and security. All credit to the team, in particular Lance who more than met our specification. We are delighted with the service and the product. Thoroughly recommended.

We have just had the windows and back door to our bungalow replaced and are at a loss to understand the negative comments posted here. From start to finish we found Lance and the fitters very professional, pleasant and more than competent at their job. We were given a detailed estimate, including exact details of the products used and then the careful measurements were taken by another employee.

The three fitters were prompt, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of every day and discussed exactly what they were going to do each morning. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. Their attention to detail was exemplary. The only problem we had was not with the company, but with the company that actually manufactured the windows. Brad, the chief fitter, noticed that three of the windows sent had faults and would not use them despite the fact that they had passed quality control by the manufacturer.

When the replacements came, one again had a fault and was sent back. If this had been a 'cowboy, get rich quick' organisation, two of those faults would never have been pointed out to us because to our untrained eyes they would not have been noticed. The fault on the kitchen window was more obvious and will be replaced with no argument. So perhaps the company might consider discussing quality control with their supplier, although the specifications of the windows themselves are first class. This is the third time we have used this company for replacement work and would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Rude, unprofessional and clearly only interested in making as much money as possible as quickly as possible. Shame it has gone down hill to such an awful company. DO NOT USE THEM! Just read their replies to negative comments, I think that says it all. Why does lance feel the need to come up with such rubbish as a 'defence' for terrible unprofessional behaviour who threaten people and yes I have evidence of this!

Awful company, the owner himself wouldnt call me to discuss options, told me I cant afford them, without even discussing his prices. Clearly only has business because of little to no other options in the area.

Not ordered any doors or windows yet but the service and attention we received was first class.

Peter came to quote to install several items at our house, a week later I followed up with them for a quote and I was told that because of Covid there was a delay, fair enough. A couple of weeks later I call again, Peter has gone on holiday, so Lance assures me that he will get Peter to call once he returns from holiday. Another week disappears so despite my better judgement I call again and speak to Peter to express my dissatisfaction, no apology, but assured me he will get back to me that day. Guess what.! Time wasters that don't deserve your business, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere!

Very high quality product, very clean, professional and friendly fitters. Nothing too much trouble would definitely recommend this company and product.

A cut above the rest. Lance and the team at Duralife Windows provided an excellent service from start to finish, even down to the level of finish left by the fitters upon completion. Excellent showroom with a range of quality products on display. I will certainly be recommending Duralife Windows to family and friends.

Well - we had the whole house done - 37 windows and 8 doors. The quality of the products and the exceptional quality of the installation was extraordinary. Amazing attention to detail and care taken by ALL the team and Durelife go the extra mile. (We have very rare irreplaceable wallpaper in two rooms - not a mark on them after taking the old windows out and installation of the new) They aren't the cheapest but are definitely the best.

I've recently had windows fitted by Duralife and I have to say that from the first visit to their showroom - which has a great selection of windows to browse - to meeting with Lance who couldn't have been more helpful, through to the fitting and installation I found Duralife to be exceptional. I would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who's looking at replacing their current windows and a visit to their showroom is a must! Thank you for all your help.
