I order a size of 9x11 sf. conservatory, since I don't know how to build the foundation base and install the Conservatory, I chose the full service (foundation and installation) provided by them. I was a little unhappy at the end, because the low walls and window panels inside had to be installed and handled by myself. It was my careless and didn't see the details of the contract.

I had to buy some gypsum board, window panels and other materials to finish myself(still purchasing the materials). It took them a total of two and a half days to complete, and I am very satisfied with their installation and service after the above-mentioned problems.

Installer Scott was very friendly and professional. All was done to the timescale promised. Good communication. Ours was not an easy installation as it is a lean to conservatory attached to a very old converted barn. Scott was excellent at overcoming the problems encountered. Only issue we had, was that the video showing the erection of a conservatory did not make it clear that the insulation and internal boards were not included in the quote, this had to be negotiated separately with the installer.

Came across ConservatoryLand online and after having quotes from other specialists in this area such as Everest & Anglian decided to go with CL because we liked the product and price which was substantially under those of the above named companies. From start to finish the service has been very good. Communication from all departments during planning, production etc was extremely cohesive and any queries we had were concisely answered.

From order to erection of the conservatory was approximately 5 weeks which was extremely impressive. We elected to go for the conservabase and CL approved installers which was a great choice. Drew and Jack attended for a site visit in the first instance to discuss various aspects of the build and confirm measurements. They reattended on the day of delivery and over the period of three days installed the conservatory in a very professional, effecient manner. Drew was always prepared to answer any Q's we had.

It was just unfortunate that the weather turned as they were prepariing to point up the brickwork so they will be returning to finish the job schedule allowing. On conclusion, would highly recommend CL for service and value of a great product and also Drew and Jack for their dedication to delivering the finished

From the first contact with Alec McJannet to the completion of the installation by Andrew and Jack Winfield the ConservatoryLand personnel were very helpful and proactive in resolving the numerous problems particularly those caused by our estate management company. The installation went smoothly and Andrew and Jack were helped by unusually good weather for December. Thank you to all involved.

Stewart and his team were very friendly and professional throughout the process and have done a great job erecting the conservatory absolute super stars. ConservatoryLand lived up to our expectations and we are happy with the end result. Here's a quick breakdown of our customer journey: - We had to call the sales team to get an accurate quote (as they total the base with the conservatory). The sales team operate over the phone but Stephen acted fast when it came to quotes and was willing to revise it until we were happy - We opted for an approved installer (separate install fee) who showed up about a week later to assess our needs - Everything that followed was via email from various teams (many went to junk folder so watch out for that), who helped us sign-off final designs, get a delivery date and answer our questions - 10 weeks later the team turned up to deliver and install.

It was built within 3.5 days! What gave us extra reassurance was the friendly ConservatoryLand supervisor who overlooked the installation (thanks Mike) I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

The whole process from first contact to completion has been totally flawless (and painless!) and we are really delighted with the finished job. The approved installer (Liam and his team) were first class and the quality of all the items supplied by Conservatory Land were excellent. We finished the job off with a bit of DIY decorating, floor and skirting laying and blinds and the finish has far exceeded our expectations!

The entire process of choosing my design to purchase to building was so smooth and pain free. All team members were professional - and the builder left no mess after installation. The Conservatory took only three days to install and the quality is top-class. The brick selection has made the conservatory perfectly match the rest of the house. Am super happy with it and my two young daughters love playing in their sunny conservatory.

If you want a conservatory but are unsure what style you want or if you can afford it then give them a call. From day 1 the service we have received has been fantastic! Starting with the friendly, non-pushy, sales advisors who helped us decide which type of conservatory would be best for us then having a personal design manager guiding us through the finer details.

They allowed us to delay the delivery of the conservatory until a time which suited us. The delivery was bang on time and the driver was really helpful too. We were a little bit daunted at the first site of the amount of parts that arrived for the conservatory until we realised each part was numbered. The instructions are clear and the one time we called the Technical Support team for extra advice they were fantastic to deal with.

The Conservabase system is ingenious and every part of the conservatory is of the highest quality. To put it simply you will receive a build by numbers kit it couldn't be easier. Since completing the build, everyone who has seen it has commented on the quality and the utter shock at what we paid compared to others on one occasion less than half what they had paid. Would I recommend buying a conservatory from Conservatory land? I already have!

Conservatoryland conservatories are a quality and attractive product. The service I received for the drawings of the conservatories was great. They redrafted until I was very happy before sending to production. They also recommended a builder who did an excellent job. I am very happy and would definitely recommend.
