I am a house builder and used CTG for the supply of the windows starting in 2020. I have faulty doors that were put in over a year ago and still have not been fixed. the last order I placed was for two houses in May this year and both have yet to be completed with missing glass and missing trims. I have lost count of the number of times I have tried to get these matters resolved. my experience with this company has been one of the most nightmarish of my business life. the service from this company has bee truly awful including unanswered phone calls, missed appointments, broken promises, complete contempt for me and my staff and an almost laughable lack of care for me as a customer.

I gave them an ultimatum saying that I would get another company to come in and correct the work and that I would write a review. The manager assured me that he would get back to me that day to resolve the issues but, again, failed to do so, hence this review

It does't cost much to keep you informed. I wouldn't even mind the delay if someone would tell me what is going on. Paid a deposit and windows aren't even on order with the supplier yet.

I have given this rating purely for the fantastic installers Scott & Mark who worked so hard on installing our windows & facias over 3 days. They were punctual, polite & a pleasure to have working at our property. They are an absolute credit to CTG! As for the service we received from CTG itself their customer service is absolutely diabolical & I would not recommend them to anyone!

We paid our deposit in April after Graham had come out to give us a quote he said that they would install the windows & facias in 4-6 weeks but as time went on we were given every excuse under the sun as to why they hadn't been fitted! We had to chase all the time for several months, our calls & emails were not answered. We received the first letter from them in August saying there was a delay with our order & then nothing again!

I contacted Freya Saunders at Britannia Windows on 10th September who said that she would look into it & on 21st September I was given a date for 1st November but had no further correspondence until I rang on that day & was told the installers were on the way. They brought with them a letter dated 26th October confirming the installation date & what to do in preparation which was a bit late!

Hi all, so I have contacted ctg windows for a quotation on supply and fit doors and windows, again using a local company instead of the big company's, had a quotation, 10% paid, 2 weeks later surveyor came for final measurements, 20% paid, now 22 weeks, later still waiting for installation, bearing in mind I should be contacted 7 to 14 days prior to installation, absolutely beyond a joke, no communication absolute shambles, guys if you wont ur windows done within a year then I strongly don't recommend these guys,

Wanted to support a local company and tradesmen rather than go with a national company, noting they are still Britannia windows, but wish I never did. My experience with this company is dreadful and I strongly urge people to avoid using this CTG Windows. I was initially impressed with what they could offer and was given a decent deal, by a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesman. Signed the contract, paid my deposit. Queried why after 6 weeks a second sizing hadn't been done, turned out they hadn't processed my order. 3 weeks went by and was called by said salesman to say the windows I ordered now had a additional 12 month wait, bearing in mind I had already waited 2 months on a 3 month order.

So I change my order to enable the same timeframe, but I am still waiting and they are now 4 weeks over due. I send multiple emails and call regularly, almost all are ignored by the salesman that processed my order. I call and email the main office but again, very little progress and even now I've still never been given an approximate delivery date. I'm sure the final product will be great, but I don't know, as I don't know where my windows are, and I'm pretty sure CTG don't know either.

Very happy with the end results of having our new windows and front door with CTG windows. Highly recommend

The product seems fine, the fitters were polite and helpful and the job was completed on time. So why only one star, after finding deep scratches in the main window glass and after numerous phone calls, emails, site visits at the Hayle branch, no help whatsoever was forthcoming broken promises of calls back did have one call offering 100.00 compensation when i refused this was told to make a complaint on a email address which turned out to be Brittania windows website. What a shower, my advice use somebody else.

Recently CTG came to replace locks and some new windows for us. The window fitters were very friendly, and exceptionally helpful. I found them hard working and very tidy.

They replaced our windows about 2 years ago, did a fantastic job and the windows were first class. Went back to order replacement for some other old windows

One star is too many. Had a new front door fitted 2015, constant problems with water getting inside, door was supposedly replaced in March 2018, still water inside! I wrote a letter on the 24th October 2018 which I sent by email and also hand delivered a copy on the 27th October 2018, to date they have not had the courtesy to contact me! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Conservatory has totally transformed our back garden space. Really pleased with it. Thorough, friendly and helpful fitters, who completed within original time frame to a high standard. Would definitely recommend, thank you so much. We are very happy.

Love the new sash windows. Great quality product, looks just like the originals (minus the leaks, and there is no rattling in a high wind). The fitters were superb professionals. CTG had to start a day later than planned due to weather, but put two teams on the project so as to finish on time. Very happy with the company

I'm so pleased with my new door and windows. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and everything was fitted in the timescale I was given. The fitters were hardworking and respectful of my home and kept me informed of when they were arriving and leaving. Everything was left clean and tidy. I'll be recommending to everyone.
