First rate company, arrived as stated and completed ALL works to an exceptionally high standard of workmanship, despite contending with the snowy conditions. 10/10 on all fronts. Thoroughly recommend them. Pity all businesses weren't as adept.

Happy with the product and installation. The fitters were efficient and considerate of the fittings and furnishings. They left the house clean and tidy. The process was let down by the team that came to carry out the remedial work to plaster and brickwork. The initial visit did not carry out any of the work satisfactorily. I have never seen damaged brickwork made good with foam insullation before and the plaster work was neither done nor left alone. It took three visits and three weeks to complete the job satisfactorily. A pity really.

Once the door and surrounds arrived after the pandemic had settled down, they were exactly as we wanted. Installation was terrific. Finished to the high standard I had come to expect. Installers were polite and friendly did a great job and tidied up completely when finished. Installed in 2 hours. Very efficient.

Delighted with the service from Bryant and Cairns, from the sales advisor who was not pushy to the excellent window fitters. I have no hesitation in recommending them and in fact I have!

Bryant and Cairns have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Chris who came round initially to advise us and give us a quote was so helpful and really knew his stuff. People in the office kept us updated on the installation date due to covid. The two guys who installed the windows were great and they hoovered up at the end of each day - not just in the flat but along the corridor as well. The windows are lovely and cut out much more sound and cold than the old ones. Real quality at a very good price. Thanks guys.

Excellent service from start to finish. Unusually, there is absolutely no upfront payment, which probably reflects their confidence in the quality of their work - which is fully justified. We had all our windows, front door and patio doors replaced. It was scheduled for 4 days - started on schedule and finished on schedule. The quality looks really good and the guys were very careful/professional with regard to tiles and wallpaper around window areas. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Recently had our new windows and back door supplied and installed by Bryant & Cairns, From the quotation stage right through to installation the customer service was first class and we are very satisfied with the finished job. They are an excellent company and highly recommended.

Highly recommend Bryant and Cairns. Have just had replacement windows and door fitted to my two bedroom bungalow. Right from the first visit from Gary Henderson I was impressed by their professional approach. There were late delivery issues with the door as a result of Covid restrictions but I was kept informed throughout. Andrew and Scott, who carried out the work, were absolutely fantastic. No mess at all. And Cass in the office was a pleasure to deal with.

Just had all our windows replaced and new front and back door. Great experience with Bryant and Cairns from start to finish. Despite lockdown we were kept fully updated throughout. Their workmen are highly professional and finish the job to a really high standard. Definitely worth waiting for. And the office staff are super helpful too. So glad we chose them now and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend. Great Company.

Had our door fitted today following lockdown delays but at all times we were kept in contact and the door was fitter sooner that expected. The two guys who fitted it could not have been more professional and courteous. A great job done to a high standard, the door fitter even gave great advice about windows as well and will be using Bryant & Cairns again for these.

Have just had a beautiful conservatory installed by Bryant & Cairns. The entire process from getting a quote to planning and completion was well managed and stress free. I am absolutely delighted with the result, exceeding expectations. A high degree of professionalism from everyone concerned. There was a wee hiccup with a missing pane omitted by the supplier, not B & C's fault. However true to their promise payment wasn't required until final completion. Thanks very much, am so glad I decided to have it built.

Having purchased windows and doors from Bryant and Cairns nine years ago, they were my first choice when I decided to add a conservatory to the house. I have not regretted that decision. The product is excellent, but the thing that really makes Bryant and Cairns stand out is the level of customer service. Everyone that I have dealt with has been professional, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable.

I thought that having building work done would be stressful, but it's actually been an enjoyable experience. To put it very basically, Bryant and Cairns turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and were happy to do it. Not only would I recommend them, but I already have. I love my new conservatory and am delighted to recommend Bryant and Cairns.

If it was possible to give Bryant and Cairns 6 out of 5 I would. I cannot fault anything about them. If you are in the Edinburgh and Midlothian area and want some sort of double glazing product that they can install then I highly recommend them. They give honest prices and do outstanding, high quality work. I am so happy with the french doors they fitted. Thank you B&C!
