Excellent service from start to finish. Stevie and Graham did a really good job fitting windows & doors, and left our house very clean & tidy. Would highly recommend.

Just had all our windows replaced by Porters. Steven and Graham worked flat out for the best part of 3 days to complete a first rate job with a first rate product. Friendly, courteous, with cheerful banter, an added bonus was we didn't need the radio on what with Steven belting out the hits! Great service, highly recommended.

Starts like it should window and door fitters really nice clean and tidy. at the end job looks good. Then when things go Wrong ( cracking to door frame ) Steve is not interested said I had no warranty with porters and used any excuse not to fix it even said I'd damaged it when clearly spilt from weld. Never again. Phone call and emails sent with pics of split on 8 August 2019. Windows and doors fitted June 2011 so only 7yrs with 10yr warranty

I cannot state enough the high standards of workmanship and service that I have had from Steven Porter and his crew. I had an issue with a leaking double glazing seal on my Patio door that Porters installed 20 months ago. I sent photographs regarding condensation inside the glass, Steven replied by phone the same day that he had ordered the replacement glass and delivery was 7 to 10 days. Steven and his crew were round to replace the glass this morning and as usual carried out a great job, with no mess and which I am well satisfied. Porters to me are the best company I have dealt with regarding double glazing and if I have to get windows replaced in the future I will be using them again. I would highly recommend Porters for anyone requiring glazing or door replacement, my only regret is that I can only give 5 stars as I would give them 10 stars if I could

First class service from initial quotation, timescale and fitting. They removed and replaced 8 windows in our home in one day. 6 of these were 6.5 feet a 4 feet and some of them were upstairs. Professional in every aspect and attention to detail was evident throughout. Left everything spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for price, efficiency and service. An excellent company.

Excellent service no pressure to purchase. Owner was fantastic and very helpful. Work was carried out to the very highest of standards. We were unable to be there in person while work being carried out and upon completion of the work we meet Steven to sign off the job and can honestly say that the house was even tidier than when we left it. First class service, first class workmanship from a first class company. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting double glazing to contact Steven.

We contacted Porter's Porches in response to a recommendation from a neighbour. From our initial contact to the completion of their exceptional work I cannot over-stress how impressed we were with the quality, not only of the product, but also by the service we received. We were given anticipated dates and, at every step, we had a phone call to keep us advised of progress and were not let down at any stage of our project.

There were no such things as problems to Steven Porter, only challenges that need immediate solutions. Whilst the project was progressing Steven noted associated issues with the house not directly connected to the job in hand. Not only did he tackle and resolve such issues but did not look to increase costs unless we requested him to purchase something on our behalf.

It always seemed that everyone connected with Porter's Porches was determined to give their customer the best possible service. On the subject of cost - Steven did a very careful survey and assessment on-site right at the start of the project and produced a detailed quotation. We discussed the costs in an easy and non-pressured situation, resolving anything we had not understood and adding some small additional items.

There were some very small items that could not be guaranteed until the ground works were underway, but even then Steven estimated the maximum that could be involved. Not only were the costs excellent value, but at no time were we asked for any additional funds. We are totally thrilled with the finished conservatory and would not hesitate to recommend Porter's Porches to anyone.

Professional job from start to finish, friendly staff full of banter, we only moved into our house in January, and had our patio doors and back door manufactured and installed by them. We would happily have them back for more work in the future, and will certainly be recommending to everyone else. Many thanks! (I have attached before and after photos)
