We have had all our home windows and doors replaced and also a fantastic balcony built by Richard and his team. We are so pleased with their standard of work and their attention to detail was outstanding. All the workmen were also very courteous and hard working. Just had a new door and a couple of windows fitted by Richard and his team and can't recommend them enough, they provided a first class service from quotation to installation. They were the most reasonable of several quotes we recieved and the installation was spot on. I was worried about the mess and possible damage to decor and tiling but that wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommended

I have used Charterhouse Windows Kendal on two occasions in last three years, and I have been completely satisfied. The first time was for some soffit and fascia boards; the second time for a upvc external door and two internal hardwood doors. I contacted Charterhouse Windows back in December and spoke to Richard, I was requesting a quote for new windows and doors as the glazing had failed and the glass was showing condensation internally - I was aware this was costing me additional money in heating. Within a few weeks after the initial call, the glass and doors were ordered, both were fitted on the same day and my heating bills have significantly been reduced! Massive thank you to Richard & the lads - couldn't be happier with the end result.

I contacted Charter House Windows and spoke to Richard regarding replacing our current windows - he spent a lot of time with me, discussing various designs, colours and prices - they had an extensive product range to choose from; the installation was seamless and within a week from our initial conversation my new windows were fully fitted and looking great!
