Wouldn't know where to start.wrong advise on type.of window. it was illegal for the type of room.2inches to short.new one put in 4 weeks later.said I would get a phone call the day after to arrange plasterer. Still waiting 12 days later no contact.we have been looking at the bare brick work since 22 March it's now.4thMay still no contact.

Wouldn't recommend at all. Don't seem to have any pride in their work as you can see on the pictures. Front door doesn't fit the frame and they have tried to use sealant to cover 2 inch gaps (bound to shrink and leave gaps when trying to seal such a large gap) Defects have been raised with planet but nearly 2 years down the line nothing rectified.

Very professional lovely staff. They Did a FANTASTIC job with my new windows, even the receptionists were brilliant with communication. Highly recommend.

Recent work undertaken by Planet and the products are superb. All my questions and queries were handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to use Planet again

It started so well. All buddy buddy. Then the true colours started to show. Yes, we have a conservatory, it took a while, wrong parts, installers forgetting to put sealant on, leakages, then masses of condensation. Of course now they are chasing for final payment and yet we have not had the final inspection and courtesy of someone with the right decision making and advisory to help us with the outstanding questions. Not to mention the staining on new tiling that was made through the building works, and two attempts by them to clean them but not yet resolved.

This week had all windows replaced with sound proofing which has already made a significant difference. Richard the Fitter was spot on. Worked full days, really tidy, great attention to detail and easy to have around. Windows look great - excellent quality. We are returning cutomers and found the price cheaper than elsewhere.

Shocking customer service. Waiting 3 weeks since my order and the surveyor hasn’t even come out yet. Due today. Nobody turned up so I rang to be told all appointments today are cancelled but they couldn’t be bothered to ring and tell me. Told them I wanted to cancel the order and all he could say was fine. Get your windows and doors from somebody else.

Have had a number of windows from the them in the past, be aware though they wont do any repairs or support outside of the immediate warranty / guarantee

We had a number of windows and a door installed earlier this year. The service was good and other than a minor issue with the door (fixed same day) all is working as expected. Imagine my surprise therefore when talking with one of their sales managers this weekend where I said we had a good service only for him to say the products are shoddy and the services are below par.

Very confusing and not really a good demonstration of selling what you believe in. Strange in deed. I would however use Planet again in the future but wouldn't want to have this same Sales Manager be involved.

We just had our whole house fitted with new windows, this was a big job with over 20 windows, and with a very old farmhouse the work had it's challenges, some unexpected! We don't have very even window openings in our old stone walls, and the fitters dealt with this and problems of hidden rotten lintels that no one knew about, and uneven beams very well.

The fitters were clean and reliable, and we are pleased with their hard work. I had heard a lot of horror stories of window fitters not caring about their work, but this was certainly not our experience, thanks guys.

Do NOT use this company - they are a bunch of charlatans! Zero stars if possible. One of the reviews here is from one of their own one time managers! Please go elsewhere!

The service in the showroom is superb. We wanted a particular type of conservatory & found just what we wanted. We also got good advice to help us through various decisions. When it came to it being built all the staff were great, worked so hard & did their very best to minimise disruption & mess. We love our conservatory & spend all our time there, even now winter is here.

Recently had aluminium windows and bufolding doors fit by Planet. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The fitters were very tidy and friendly and office staff always on hand to help with any concerns. The windows look brilliant and make a big difference to the look of my property. I will definitely be using them again.

Ordered two small windows and a door in January. I had to cancel the first fitting due to weather. When they came 2 weeks later they had the wrong door and only noticed because I pointed it out to them. Was fobbed off by the owner who took no responsibility for the mistake and couldn't tell me how long it would take to get the correct door. Took another 3 weeks to get the correct door and was fitted on a Saturday (was originally told they don't fit on a Saturday) the glass was wrong!

Two weeks later the glass was fitted and was scratched! Two weeks later glass is fitted! Not once did we receive a apology. I asked for discount but was told they don't discount because they will get the job right. 4 visits, wrong door, wrong glass, scratched glass! Not a good example of getting it right! Not 100% satisfactory work, chips in bricks and rendering but sick of not getting a straight answer so gave up! Would not recommend to anyone! Stay well away!

Very poor customer service and communication. Conservatory is still under warranty however we have an ongoing leak which has damaged the interior. Numerous attempts at repairs have not been succesful and no effort has been made by Planet to complete the job in full. We keep having to chase them up for action but the response from the customer service representative is poor and his disinterest is far too apparent.

We had windows and doors fitted by planet. We would of been better off sticking to our old ones. A draft comes through every single window and door, one bedroom is particularly bad. When contacted they came out and implied I was lying as the "black marks on the frame wouldn't be there if the rubbers didn't shut tight" A broken door had to be fixed ourselves as well as the they would be charging 150.

A job we did for 28. A disgraceful company with very poor customer service, they clearly aren't too bothered that folk sit in draughty houses so long as their bill is paid! Never again would I use them, I am planning to replace the windows with another company rather than get them fixed with the warranty which just goes to show how terrible they are to deal with.

We had a Planet conservatory built on our house. The conservatory itself isn't badly built, but rom day one it leaked badly. Someone from Planet came to have a look and said the problem was with the wall of our house, not the conservatory. Planet completely washed their hands of it. I have since rectified the problem myself. The flashing was wholly inadequate and rain was easily blowing up and under. I certainly won't be returning to Planet for any of my door and windows.

I must be one of the 3% who are not happy with the service. Planet have been trying now for Five years to get my conservatory water tight. There had been many visits and tubes of silicone used, before I discovered that the main leak was a welded joint on the box gutter. The repair man stated that he had never ever seen this before and tried to seal it with some wonder silicone that was supposed to last for eons.

Well its raining in again, and when I reported it I said that I know and they know that to make a job of it the box gutter needs replacing. Not a chance! someone coming to have another look and talk of sealing with a butyl patch. REALLY they know the guarantee runs out soon and they are just stringing me along. The numpties that originally fitted it even put the gutter outlet on the opposite side to the soakaway! Which incidentally is under the conservatory floor!

After recently having a new front door fitted we noticed that the centre panel was a brighter shade of white than the rest of it and the glass was scratched and had a crack in it. We took photos and took them in to the branch in Kendal where the sales person agreed that it wasn't right and said he would sort it out. A week later after hearing nothing we rang them and was told we would be contacted by someone when he returned to the office!

After several weeks of us contacting them we were told that another panel had been ordered and we would be contacted when it came in. NOT! After yet another telephone call we were told the panel was in and.yes were told again that someone would ring with a fitting date.so far we are still waiting! If you are getting a new door fitted by these people check it before they take the old one off otherwise you'll be in for a lengthy wait. Terrible customer service and would not buy from them again or recommend them.
