Cut up on M3 this morning. They pulled out, cut into fast lane causing 3 lanes of cars to brake. They then chose to pull back into 3rd lane and weave back and forth over lines before then accelerating off in excess of 80 mph on the fastest lane! Total disregard for safety, road users and company product. Good luck to their customers. stuff in the van is probably powder by now. May I recommend the online version of the Highway code?

Amazed by the quality of the sales prevention officers in here. We walked in a dead cert for buying a brand new wooden door with a probable easy upsell for some windows as well, having found them on the 'Timber Windows' website. 2 different member of staff couldn't have been more unhelpful and more disinterested if they'd tried. One watching the news, another who showed us around struggling to contain her irritated indifference. Clearly, don't need the business to fund their jobs so worth avoiding.

My experience with P&P Glass has been faultless, from initial consultation with the sales team through to installation of my windows. I was guided through the options best suited to my property, given the options of extras without pressure and installation times and dates were arranged so they were convenient to me. The quality is flawless and we've received many compliments on the updated look to our home! I will use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

P&P glass installed a factory built window when I had asked for a custom sash window. They then offered to replace it then later didnt' and denied doing so. I'm suing them. DO NOT USE FOR SASH WINDOWS. Try RG Windows in Staines (the best) or Traditional Sash Window in Guildford (who will do a reasonable in expensive job).
