Our Collection of composite doors brings style and high-performance. Behind its classical appearance, you'll find the most advanced engineering, design and technology for front doors. It's no secret that burglars can open doors locked with normal cylinder locks in seconds. But our Doors are fitted with a Ultion cylinder which activates a hidden lock when it detects an attack.
Rehau-Tritec is the latest technological advance in window and door design developed by REHAU, one of the leading European PVCu manufacturers. Rehau is the only PVCu window manufacturer in the U.K to offer a 70mm suite resulting in the slimmest PVCu window on the market! REHAU replicates traditional joinery features with sculptured sashes and matching sculptured glazing beads to give an authentic period look.

All conservatories carry a full 10 year warranty which is indemnified by the CPA who monitor the quality of our installations. All doors and windows conform to FENSA regulations (not yet required by law for conservatory construction).

Absolutely do not use this company! Richard is beyond rude telling me it was my fault that I couldn't open the new front door. After getting locked out several times, the door manufacturer agreed the lock was faulty and replaced. We had further problems with our new lantern roof which Richard admitted he had not Measured properly. When he finally bodged it to make it fit, he wanted me to invoice me for the extra works.
When I told him that we did not agree to any charges abs that the work was to put the roof right, he would not give details for building control sign off. His workmen left nails scattered on our drive resulting in punctured tyres on both our cars. We had to have 6 tyres replaced. Richard could not care less. Finally he ignored all calls regarding paperwork for building control. Which I managed to sort myself. Richard was persistently rude and seriously arrogant. I would absolutely NOT recommend Sdb.

Delighted! Just had all the side of our house done 7 Windows and I can't praise them enough. The widows a lovely an the fitting was quick, clean and very reasonable. We've used this company before and wouldn't go anywhere else. We'll be going back when our conservatory needs replacing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We're very happy with our new front door! It looks amazing, the quality and workmanship is outstanding. Thank you very much to Surrey Design for this! Just a shame about Richard. Their dog doesn't bite, but he does! Richard is honestly more hormonal than a pregnant woman. One day he's very pleasant to deal with, the next day, he'll put the phone down on you.
From reading other reviews and from our own experience, he's not very receptive to customer feedback therefore customer service is not one of his strengths. Richard, sincerely, work on your temperament. Some of your customers who buy your products choose to part with thousands of hard earned cash for possibly once in a lifetime home improvement projects.
Consider valuing these customers. If someone asks you a 'stupid question', pardon their ignorance and offer to help. There's no need for rudeness and arrogance. You let your company down, especially when Val and all your young installer chaps are so lovely. All the best to you and your company for the future.
