We can set up your contract in a variety of ways - but most of our clients prefer the open-budget (cost plus) approach. Utilizing industry leading building software and apps, we will keep you informed each step of the building process. We know that you will be happy with your new home -but occasionally our clients will notice a defect after moving in.

While it is definitely possible to build on almost any lot - it is not always financially feasible to do so. For instance, if there is no access to sewer, and the soil does not perk well - then you obviously would want to consider a different lot.
