I have had all my windows and two doors replaced by Capital upvc earlier this year. Their quote was competitive and the survey was thorough - I felt like they were the only company I had interacted with that cared that I got what was best for me and the property. Different options were clearly explained and they gave me some excellent advice. The interest free credit option was a bonus and enabled me to plan in some other improvements.

The installation was tricky - combination of an old house and some very bad weather - but the installation team worked solidly to get the work done safely, on time and to a very high standard. They were polite, clean and respectful to me and my neighbours. A few months on and I have no issues, all the FENSA paperwork and insurance paperwork has come through promptly and I am very happy with the work and the quality of the windows and the installation. They have made a massive impact both visually and practically - the house is warmer, quieter and lighter. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

I would highly recommend the boys from Capital Upvc. I've used them many times over the years and will keep on doing so In the future. The work is carried out to a great standard and thier customer service is second to none. I had Ross up today to look at our composite front door that had dropped slightly. Bear in mind it was fitted around 7 years ago by Capital he came over at short notice and fixed the door in 10 minutes. That is the sort of aftercare service you can expect from Capital. Keep up the good work guys.

I have bought many products from Capital UPVC Ltd over the years and recently purchased some French doors with integrated blinds. Throughout the process the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and good to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend this company!

Capital provided me with an excellent service, from measuring to fitting. The staff were very professional and friendly, kept to the timescales and the quality of my composite and bi fold doors are excellent. One of my doors needed to be adjusted after a few months and they came out and corrected it straight away. Great company and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of getting new windows and doors!

I was recommended Capital UPVC by a friend who had had work done for him. I duly called got 3 quotes and they were the lowest by some distance. They did 13 windows and a door for me, to say I'm impressed is an understatement, the gave me the date of the fitting, work began on the agreed date and the work was completed by fitters, John and Craig, they were friendly, helpful and ultra professional.

I would also like to mention Trudy, in the office, she was so helpful and answered all of my queries. I am so pleased with the standard of the work done, not to mention the price, that I would thoroughly recommend them.
