I appear to be an outlier here but my experience with Chameleon (also Scott James Sash Windows - basically the same company as SashCare, Chameleon Windows Decorators & CDC Restoration) is far from positive. They can be relied upon to be in complete denial if there is a problem with their, let us say, unorthodox work methods. One thing they do specialise in is gaslighting.
I am not alone in this opinion. Several UK glass suppliers will not deal with them anymore because of their fear of bringing their brand into disrepute. Caveat emptor.

Chameleon are a fantastic company to deal with. If you have enough sash windows which need refurbishing (there is a minimum order), then I can't recommend them highly enough. The managers are knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and their team of joiners are hard-working, efficient and speedy, so the work itself was remarkably painless.
