We had a delightful experience with T & K from Design through to Completion of our new conservatory. Their tradesmen turned up when they said they would and they completed the build within their estimated timescale. I have already recommended them to friends who were so impressed with our new addition.

A throughly good experience working with T&K, from the initial design stage going through towards the extension completion. All technical issues including the council and local water authority were taken care of by T&K. The builders were very friendly and were always proactive in advising myself on better solutions if they felt so. This is the reason why I opted for T&K and that is for a trusted experience.

T&K installed our door on Friday, there is a massive gap around the door (over 4 inches in places) that apparently just needs a bit of plaster to fill. And we need to pay for it. Worse than that the door isn't even secured securely to the wall. Would not recommend or use again

This has been the best experience from the first meeting with sales, to Julia who kept me up to date the whole way through the build of my conservatory to every one of the team who were involved along the way. How amazing to deal with a company who really know what they are doing and are wonderfully patient, friendly and professional as well. I would highly recommend this company!

Recently spent a fortune with T&K. Had all new windows, doors and roofline. Despite around a dozen visits to rectify a long snagging list we are still not happy with the quality of the work. We paid the majority of the bill and held some back until work was completed. T&K took it upon themselves to instruct a solicitor to recover any outstanding rather than rectify their poor quality work.

Do not use this company! The standard of work is appalling! After care service is non existent! Please save your money and use someone else

Very pleased with the design of our conservatory;. The build quality and materials were excellent and the tradesmen were very professional. All stages, the build and payment schedule were explained and the company checked that we were happy with the results. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and the site was kept clean and tidy, the builders even dug up and transplanted some plants to prevent them being damaged.

Love love love my new composite front door product is first class and the work done by the company was excellent with no mess left behind. The instal was quick and efficient and transformed the appearance of my house. Inside the house is so much warmer so glad I chose T&K after lots of quotes and false starts with other companies

I can honestly say how blown away we are with the service we received from T&K home improvements. From the first point of call, planning and deciding on what we wanted and the advice given to us to build our conservatory. Everything went really well and smooth from the footings to the final piece. Good professional team work all round, everything was taken into their hands leaving us without any worries.

We were fully informed on every stage of work being done, the team were professional and friendly. The quality is faultless. We now have the most stunning conservatory we wished. I highly recommend T&K homes if you are looking for quality.

TL;DR: Slow, poor communication, delivered incorrect and damaged goods. Still not resolved. Avoid. We signed a contract with T&K for some doors back in early June this year, and were given a 10-12 week lead-time estimate to installation. Our actual installation date was eventually given to be around 15 weeks after signing the contract. On the install date, the fitters were clean, tidy and efficient, and did a good job with what they had. Unfortunately, what they had been given were incorrect and damaged goods.

Not only were the French doors made to open the opposite way around to what was specified during the survey, there were gouges in the uPVC and one of the glass sealed units was scratched. The bifold door that was fitted had scratches in the door and frame, a scuffed hinge and a sticky handle mechanism which would sometimes refuse to pop back out. Despite a promise of a phone call the following morning to discuss these issues, this never materialised and in the end I visited T&K's office in person to get a response.

Seven weeks later and three more trips to T&K's showroom and we finally get a return visit to resolve the problems, however, it transpired that the wrong parts have been ordered, and other parts that have been ordered are still missing, and so the engineers left again without resolving anything. All we've been left with are more promises that the correct parts will be ordered and no firm dates by which we can expect the defects to be resolved. My advice: go elsewhere.

Fantastic finished conservatory. Excellent service from design, project management and contractors. Really pleased with finished result.

Have used the T and K team on several of my properties. The latest job they carried out for me was a new set of windows and doors for a commercial unit. Very competitive price and excellent quality products. From the office staff down to the fitting teams have always been very please with there service. Have recommended them to many of my friends and family. Thanks T and K for another great job

T&K installed flush fitting windows to our house. Dominic came round to measure up. He was extremely friendly and ensured that the windows we wanted would fit the style of our old house. We went with the Basalt grey flush windows and monkey tail handles. The installers (Lee and Dave) were also really friendly and did an excellent job. Overall, we are really happy with the finish and new look.

The grey windows complement our slate tiles beautifully and enhance the period features of the property. We certainly made the right choice with T&K and have already recommended them to our friends.

The team at T&K were amazing from start to finish. Professional and punctual from the moment of engagement, quotation, surveying, installation and post-installation service. Extremely friendly and high quality team and the product is definitely worth the investment.

We have used T & K for a new door and complete window installation. From the survey stage, receiving a quotation and final installation, the processes were all straight forward and of course we are more than pleased with the quality of the product and just as important the workmanship and politeness of the fitters. Excellent service from T&K from start to finish. From the salesman Shaun, to Damien the surveyor and the 2 fitters and apprentice (forgotten their names but were very accommodating to a picky customer (me)) Had 3 windows and a back door fitted and really pleased with the end result. Family and friends have commented on how lovely our sash windows are. Would highly recommend and thank you to everyone involved
