Crystal Living have just completed our new Orangery. We thoroughly researched the market before accepting their quote. Not the cheapest but absolutely the right decision. From the initial meeting with the designer, Sean, to Keith fitting the floor on Friday, we have had nothing but outstanding service from every member of the team.
However, the icing on the cake has to be the provision of a Project Manager. Nick has been absolutely incredible.
Nothing was too much trouble during the three months of the build. Their industry can suffer from a poor reputation, but this company is the undoubted exception. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for new windows / conservatories etc. They are really excellent.

We have just had so much work completed by crystal, conservative built, kitchen knocked through to open up & give more light & space, moved doors to were Windows were and build up doors to give us Windows. Replaced other Windows in the house. New lighting have been added, gas pipes moved, plug sockets moved & new ones added, plumbing for new sink , dishwasher & radiator's removed from one side of kitchen (were we now have gas hob) two new radiator's added. Both areas plastered ready for painting. Everyone has been amazing & pleased with the results. Thank you to all staff for an amazing job well done.
