I work in construction for over 20 years and the quality of windows supplied is very high. They also have a show room for you to see that quality. They were quick and helpful to respond to my questions and queries and David who dealt with my order from the beginning was a gentleman and most helpful as was Keith.

Albion Windows fitted a new front door for me, Albion were a joy to deal with from Quotation to fitting as well as the staff in the office. The fitters were polite and professional and left the site tidier than when they arrived. The product is fantastic, and would have no hesitation in recommending Albion Windows!

We had a great experience with Albion and sales rep Nobby Clark. Although we didn't end up using the company for our windows and doors in the end, we wanted to say that we had a really positive experience during the initial consultations and Nobby was knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions and had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend Albion Windows for the installation of a porch. Sales rep Nobby was spot on with his advice. I'd like to also mention Helen for her excellent and friendly service, answering any queries promptly. The installation itself was speedy and efficient. The price quoted was very reasonable and about a third of the quote received from a well-known larger company.

Awful company to deal and with lack of communication. Had windows installed nearly 5 months ago, which was shoddy and videos and emails sent but to date no one has bothered to come to visit and resolve problems. In addition when booking was made I purposely stated i have to work around childcare yet on day of installation a very rude Danny rang me to inform me work had to be cancelled due to staffing problems.
I replied that I can only do certain days but he was rude telling me he cannot find staffing out of thin air.yet miraculously not long after TWO sets not ONE of teams arrived to do the work. Don't get me wrong I was pleased but really from no one to 2 sets of team! However the job was rushed with upstairs done in less than half day, plus they did not (a) go through work with customer or (b) clean up after them.
I was only aware they were leaving when they shouted bye to their colleagues working downstairs. I shall be looking into taking this complaint further and until resolved shall not be paying the outstanding balance.

Everything about this job was good. The initial Salesperson knew everything - so learned everything - from the GGFI Guarantees to 28 mm sealed units as standard to their own trained fitters. There was no pressure to buy - just all the information, choices and prices which we thought were reasonable. We had 9 windows fitted in 2 days and the very friendly and careful fitters cleared up all the mess - wouldn't know they had been! The four men (including an apprentice being trained) worked together very skilfully as a team. I would recommend others to choose Albion in preference to other traders.
