I have always experienced great service from the Kingfisher team. From quotations, through installation to after care service they have always delivered 100%!

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Kingfisher Windows for the recent install of our 17 Windows. Especially the two guys Tony and Mel who turned up to do the job. What a lovely job they did. Very pleasant guys they just grafted until the job was done. Fantastic quality Windows. This was the second time I have used Kingfisher. Had a conservatory from them many years ago. So I was confident in their ability. Thanks to all the team. Highly recommended.

I used kingfisher to have a new door fitted and Im so happy I did was so easy to do pick a door I liked got a quote back within 24 hrs was so happy with the price compared to other companies I got in for quotes and didn't get harassed with calls like other companies dealt with Gemma who was great through the whole way through was fitted on day was set fitter did a great job would definitely recommend kingfisher

Had 2 composite doors fitted, polite staff at their showroom / head quarters. On fitting day Scott turned up right on time and cracked on, treated my house with respect and was pleasant to deal with. Doors themselves in our eyes are very nice and we are very happy with them, tiny spec of blue on the white internal slab on one of the doors, but so small I struggled to find it. Please pass on my thanks to your fitter Scott. It's very early days and if anything changes I will change my review / score accordingly.

Been meaning to leave this review for ages. Had 6 large PVC sliding sash (2.2m tall, over 1m wide), and 3 small normal PVC windows installed. Phil never messed us around with the price, no calling back to offer discounts etc, we got one price and he stuck to it, unlike the salespeople from other firms. We spoke to loads of places, all with dodgy pressure sales techniques, or inferior products. Was a tricky install but the guys who came were great and left no mess.

Also the guarantees on the windows are a lot more comprehensive compared to others. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially after the saga we had speaking to national firms (and their extortionate prices).

We recently had 9 new windows and 2 composite doors fitted by Kingfisher windows. From the Outset, we knew we were in good hands after the initial survey by Jeremy Steele who carefully Went through our requirements and design details. He gave us helpful advice along the way for which we were extremely grateful. Confirmation of our exact requirements in terms of design, colour, style and price were agreed and a date for fitting.

The installation manager Paul kept us informed of progress and the time scale went to plan, despite the fact we had gone through the COVID 19 pandemic and the obvious effects this has had on all businesses. The 2 fitters Mel and Tony are a great credit to the company. They protected our flooring throughout and worked extremely carefully so as not to damage the surroundings.

They both carried out the installation with the upmost attention to detail and professionalism. They worked solidly throughout the job. We cannot speak highly enough of them. Kingfisher have done a fantastic job for us, to a very high standard, on time, on budget, and snag free. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Poor service and poor quality. Window frames have all sorts of scratches and dents all over them. 3 windows had to be replaced because they where damaged in the fitters van because it was his own van. The installation manager doesn't reply to your emails and messages.

I decided to replace my Conservatory roof from glass to the new SuperLite solid roof. Naturally I chose Kingfisher as they erected the Conservatory ten years ago and I was very happy with the work and the after care service. The guys who came to do the actual work were really friendly, professional and cleared up after them. They have done a fantastic job and I love my new room. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kingfisher for any type of window or Conservatory work you may wish to undertake.

Excellent from start to finish. I had pretty much everything done - 24 windows (4 bay windows), 2 composite doors, French doors and bi-fold doors installed. From the start there was no pressure selling, just useful advice and a good quote. I didn't get chased by phone or email or anything and when I was ready to proceed then a survey was booked in.

Once a deposit was paid then a fitting date was set. The workers who came to fit were excellent - working non-stop until it end of day to get the job done. There was an issue with one of the windows but the after service was excellent - they held their hands up and agreed to rectify as soon as possible. Overall extremely happy and will certainly recommend to anyone. They are big enough to survive (and offer the guarantee), but small enough to care, and that sums them up.

I am now the proud owner of beautiful French Windows which are exactly what I wanted, installed at the time and day I wanted them and at a competitive price... Moreover the whole experience was a pleasure - dealing with lovely, professional, helpful, efficient and friendly people... Thank you Claire (office), Paul (survey) and Craig and Chris (fitters). I first used Kingfisher Windows when I needed replacement French Doors and a replacement exterior door. Following the service I received at that time it was an easy decision to use Kingfisher again when I decided to replace a number of windows in my house. On each occasion Kingfisher have carried out work, their staff (first line contact by telephone, surveyor and installation team) have all been professional and extremely helpful.
