Synergy Windows & Conservatories

Great service and communication from start to finish. Excellent work quality. All the tradespeople who worked on our supalite roof installation were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful.

I asked Synergy to undertake remedial work as the job had been left unfinished by another window company. Synergy's service was superb from the initial assessment to scheduling the work to the great team on the day. I now have windows that work, no longer whistle and have had the best night's sleep in over 2 years! Thank you. 100% recommend.

Bad experience from start to finish. We have been left with doors which were the wrong size and are not air or water tight. We've had other contractors to fix some of the problems they caused but may need to have the doors refitted. Do not recommend at all. Go elsewhere.

We had excellent service from Synergy from the initial consultation through to the installation. We didn't feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision, but were left with enough information to make up our own minds on what we wanted from the type of bi-fold doors through to the design of the detailed stuff like handles etc. The installation was seamless too. The installers arrived on time, completed their work (which was exemplary), tidied up and left. Simple.

Windows are great very pleased. Returning customer now had conservatory replaced by Synergy, absolutely delighted with the result. Excellent careful workmanship. I would add a photo if that was possible my conservatory is so nice Thank you Janet Cumiskey

Really disappointing experience so far (still awaiting completion). The delays in getting hold of materials I completely understand because of the current situation, however I cannot excuse a window being "the wrong shape" (and therefore they had to reorder again) and bathroom windows being supplied without the ordered privacy glass (again needing this to be reordered).

Nor can I excuse the constant false promises made by the manager regarding when the fitters would come (only to be changed on the day or day before). The guys who fit the products (contractors) are actually good and hardworking. The products themselves are really nice.

After a lot of problems with a door, common sense prevailed, it's been a long time in sorting out the problem but finely we are there, thanks to Steve ( the owner)

Lovely windows, look really good and they seem to be excellent quality. The fitters were the best, would have Synergy Windows again and recommend to everyone.
