Had our conservatory fitted a few years ago now but had a few minor leaks which they came back in there own time to fix. Only thing that prompted them to come quickly is when I said that we had brand new carpets installed. After a few years later our guttering has started to twist and sag so I rang them again after numerous phone calls and nine months later, yes nine months they decided to come around and instead of replacing guttering and joints they just siliconed the unions and said that the manufacturer they use said that all they do now is to silicone the joints. Do not use this company. I now have washed my hands of them. Never again. No good

My family have used this company numerous times and have never been disappointed. From the quote to the survey everything seemed seamless. Joe and jack in the office were helpful all the way through. My new conservatory roof is a great addition to my property!

Excellent service from start to finish! Joe was brilliant and explained everything in layman's terms. Mike, Colin, & Jamie fitted everything, we're very professional and did a great job. Once completed Joe even came out to check we were completely satisfied with the job. I cannot recommend Joe and his team enough!

Still waiting for them to come finish the work such as guttering and end caps for window sills. Left gaps in corners on the inside does not looks neat. Contacted to come finish the work but they constantly ignore us now. However Subcontractors we're really good just not c-thru

Have used C-Thru to do all our doors and windows over the years and they always go above and beyond. Always happy with the results however big or small. Had small cellar window done today, very happy. Thanks again guys.

Very pleased with everything, The two gentlemen who fitted the window were great, they had to make the original window space two feet longer which entailed cutting through breeze blocks bricks and plaster. They cleared up the rubble as they went took all rubbish away and left every clean and tidy. The plastering is perfect and we love the results of their hard work. Thank you C-Tru

Conservatory project started late last year, the design process went well but everything went downhill from there, multiple visits to remedy both minor and major issues after they deemed it complete, still have issues 6 months later and C thru are now ignoring our contact completely, forcing us to use official means of making a formal complaint about a major building control breach while they shift blame between themselves and their sub contractors.

Les & I would like to share our experience about C - Thru, We had all new windows & new back door & front door. From start to Finnish was absolutely AMAZING we can NOT fault a thing at all. Worked damn hard & clean & tidy. Joe was very friendly, happy, professional & fantastic in all aspects of his work, also Collin very friendly, happy, professional & fantastic in his work. They both went above & beyond to make & do everything PERFECT Nothing too much trouble at all. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Thanks sooooo much guys. Your stars

Very dissapointed with c thru. We had work completed by them about 15 years ago. Thats why we went back to them. Windows and doors were completed fine. Really pleased with them but conservatory is a different matter. We has a solid roof put on which has taken nearly 2 months to complete. Fitters never came when they said they would. We had to keep bringing them back as they didnt seal under sills when new boards were put on.

They had to return to do guttering as not done as we had asked. They didnt finish ceiling in time for the plasterer to finish it as we wanted so a service engineer has had to come out to enable the light to be fitted. It looks ok but not want we wanted. Mess was left everywhere throughout. We had 2 small puppies and were daily picking up rubbish and sealant tops to stop them eating them.

The plasterer they used left all his rubbish and we found he had also thrown rubbish into the field at the back of our garden. We did report our concerns to the office and an apology was given but I have heard from other customers that they have experienced similar things. We spent alot of money on the work we had done. Needless to say I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them. Such a shame.

Guys fitted a double conservatory for us and an adjoining neighbour. It's top quality product with a superb glass roof. All finished off perfectly. Highly recommended. The guys turned up when they said they would and were very skilled and friendly. Thank you.

A painless experience from start to finish. Thorough, professional staff. I would like in particular to mention Ian and Mark - fitters. Brilliant doesn't do them justice. Worked non stop throughout, cleaning as they went. They dealt with any problems as they occurred and where quite frankly amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you.

Excellent professional company. We had a conservatory from C thru about 5 years ago. We were very pleased with the conservatory when it was new and still really pleased with it. So when we decided we wanted replacement windows and doors we chose C Thru again. I am very pleased we did. The windows and doors look really good. The fitters were always on time, very polite and made a really tidy job.

We thought we might have to touch up the paintwork when they had finished but absolutely no need. We were given plenty of notification of when the work would be done. We had a minor problem with one piece of glass but C Thru replaced it straightaway with no quibble. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are very professional and supply and fit a quality product.

We recently required a new front door. I intended to obtain 3 different quotes, but on ringing C -Thru & actually viewing the product in a very well appointed showroom, we decided to have them do the work. We were NOT disappointed. From the very first contact, we were impressed, every single person we had contact with was both professional & very helpful.

The fitting was perfect, great attention to detail. The product itself is of exceptional quality & we will not hesitate to have further work carried out by this company & I cannot highly recommend them enough - I am thrilled to bits with my door.
