I have built two houses using their products. Total spend around £20,000. My kitchen/patio door window shattered due to ingress of air. The company asked me to pay the full cost. After three months arguing over this I am now taking court action. I offered to accept the replacement unit and make my own arrangement for fitting. They have rejected this.

Very good company I have had both windows and doors in both my old and new house now if there has been a problem/or question they are really helpful and if needed they are straight out to sort it there is always a lady/person (who is really lovely) on the other end of the phone that is there to help and put you on to the right person if needed
