Avoid this company at all costs! Their products are supposed to come with a 10 year guarantee. when requesting replacements of faulty parts they do not want to know and you get fobbed off with total rubbish. awful customer service!

Total lack of interest in sorting out their problems. No support or backup. No return phone calls and this is to a customer of 15 years plus. Buy elsewhere you have been warned

I used this company a few months ago and it was a complete disaster. I gave Toby all the measurements he needed but he didn't deduct the size of the soffit board and I was therefore left with a conservatory that didn't fit. He admitted responsibility but refused any kind of help. I also found it impossible to speak to a manager

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION CANNOT STICK TO THEIR WORD. DENY KNOWLEDGE OF EMAILS OR COMMUNICATION you have to contact numerous times before any kind of response. Staff are blunt and far from helpful. Do not use unless you have to!

I bought a good door with Total Homes three years ago and it was great. Then one morning it just would not open. The key was completely jammed. Although it took a few phone calls today an engineer came 60 miles from Norwich and sorted out the problem. Very grateful to David. Thank you!
