TERRIBLE SERVICE! DONT DO IT! I originally went with them due to feedback, however it was clearly not recent! Prior to the windows even going in, I had to chase them 3 times with no one ever bothering to call me back! And had to wait an extra 8 weeks after the planned installation date with no apology or even acknowledgement of the missed date. Then once the windows were in, I noticed that they had broken my sink - a small hole which had then splintered.

They denied all knowledge, said it couldnt possibly have been them - however the hole was 100% NOT there prior to their arrival. I got someone in to quote to repair the crack, instead of insisting on a new sink and pedestal, for which the cost was under 60! Then the harassment started with calls and emails and threats to withhold the paperwork to the fda and demanding the outstabfing money (as i had paid the difference minus the 60). I personally felt intimidated by their agression and would 100% say STAY AWAY!

Went to book our annual service/maintenance visit for our windows and patio door. Efficient and friendly service as always.

Had new French doors fitted and the workmanship was absolutely brilliant from Mike and Richard today. Would recommend Adam Windows with no problem. Really, really pleased.

Great service throughout the process. Friendly and polite staff. Fitters were so lovely, tidied up along the way. Would absolutely recommend this company and would use again. The conservatory has a new lease of life with its new roof, windows and door and looking forward to using it again.

The surveyor was knowledgable and advised me well regarding the types of windows best suited to my needs.which differed for each room. The quote was competitive, the installers arrived on the arranged day, installed the windows within a 5-hour time slot, and cleared up thoroughly after themselves. Recently had my windows done. John who came out to give me a quote originally was very professional. The quote was in great detail and when I wanted something amending, it was done within minutes and e-mailed straight back to me. I was very impressed with this service. The surveyor came when he said he would, as did the fitters. The fitters were friendly and worked really hard.

There was surprisingly very little mess and what mess there was, was cleaned up before leaving. The quality of the windows is high and friends have even commented on the quality, compared to theirs! I would not hesitate in recommending this company and would 100% use them again in the future if needed. Great service, great product and a good price!

Very happy with this company so far. Windows yet to be fitted, but their sales staff are only interested in making sure you only buy the products you require without any high pressure sales tactics employed. Have used them previously and can honestly say that I would recommend them to anyone.

How long will it be to get our quote as it will be 1 month on Thursday. I'm not really sure this is a good thing for future installation! Myself and my husband have now both been in to your shop and phoned. John you have not bothered to call me back to let me know any details so I'm assuming you are not quoting for a 8x4 meter sky room?

We have just had a porch door and windows fitted, they look lovely. Was told about 10 weeks for fitting but done in just over 7 weeks. Professional staff from first phone call, visit for quotation, surveyor and fitter. Would use this company again.

A professional and honest quote given with no hard sell technique and no dodgy time-limited 'deals'. The replacement windows were installed with great attention to detail and everything was tidied up afterwards by the fitters. 10/10 Would recommend and would use this company again.

Very professional company from estimate to finished job. Ordered 1 December work completed 20 January very clean and tidy fitters. Top marks from us.

Quotation provided in September 2016, job completed in January 2017, as they said due to busy Christmas period. I spent a lot of time to get any information on start day, but their response almost not exist. I had to rearrange other works to accommodate this problem. On one occasion received a message on my mobile advising that they wil call back, but no reply received. Arrogance and a little knowledge what's going on.

On the positive side; tradesmen arrived at last, and completed a good work within required time. Unfortunately, be mindful that each door has different keys and one pipe has been not secured properly. Asked to respond, and as you could guess no response. I gave up. I Paid in full. Adam Windows did not approved discount due to inconvenience.

I used Adams to install all new windows and doors. This included front, rear and patio (french) doors. The service was excellent and price is very good. I would and will use them again the future. Their after sales service is excellent and they have return to address small niggling issues without any fuss.
