Alex remains the Managing Director and is involved in the day to day running of each project ensuring that the high quality of our buildings is maintained. We Opened our first display site in Staines in 1993 and our second one in Marlow, in 2004. Alex and his team replaced my old wooden conservatory and transformed the space into a wonderful conservatory room. I was given a very competitive quote for the full build and interior works. The team were very professional. Good quality materials were used and the construction was of a high standard. There were some delays due to the current situation, but it was worth the wait as I'm delighted with the end product. I would definitely recommend Vale to anyone considering any conservatory works.

I was very impressed with the service given by Alex and his team at Vale Conservatory Company, the quote for a replacement conservatory with a warm roof was very competitive and upon acceptance we were given an estimated delivery date which was, in these troubled times, seemed reasonable. The work was completed within two weeks and since completion we has been amazed at the difference the warm roof has made. A big thank you to Alex and his team.

I can highly recommend Vale Conservatory, their service & work was excellent from start to finish. Our large conservatory had a leaking roof & was boiling in the summer & freezing in the winter. We now have a lovely tiled roof, which has been plastered inside & have spotlights for the first time. It now feels like a proper room & will get far more use. It has exceeded our expectations & was far less stressful than imagined. Alex & his team are brilliant & I can't recommend then enough.

Vale turned our old, cold conservatory into a wonderful, wam extension that integrates beautifully with the rest of the house now. Alex Fellows was great to deal with - prompt in answering queries or resolving issues, honest and fair in all his dealings. He has an excellent team of workmen who all did highly professional work with a friendly attitude. It is inspirational to see the boss roll up his sleeves and help his team get the work done! Cannot fault this company at all, and would highly recommend them.

I had a number of quotations and it quickly became obvious that the only technical solution to our problem was to use Ultra frame. Your company were recommended by Ultra. Vale has just completed the fitting of an Ultraframe replacement (tiled) roof on our conservatory. Every aspect, from initial design to completion of the project, was managed so well in a friendly but highly professional manner. At the start Alex listened to my concerns about the existing structure and ensured that these were resolved when the replacement was fitted.
He also gave very good advice regarding the choice of tiles and the glass roof panels. The whole team were a pleasure to have here, working hard throughout and leaving everything wonderfully clean and tidy. We are delighted with the result and wholeheartedly recommend the company.

Alex and his team are amazing and have done a great job replacing my old conservatory. High quality workmanship, always on time and great communication. Early on in the project we hit a bit of set back, however Alex was focused on resolving the issue quickly. I originally engaged Vale Conservatory without a personal recommendation, they were recommended supplier for the conservatory roof I wanted installed but from the first time I spoke to Alex I was happy with his huge knowledge and easy, trustworthy manner. No push selling and everything was transparent. Would highly recommend.
