Prompt, competitve quote, people turned up on time for each visit. Good contact from the office to ensure I was kept up-to-date regarding the order and likely day of installation. I had a window removed, lower brickwork cut out, and an outside door put in its place, with cavity closures installed / plastered. What I was most pleased with is how they resolved an unforeseen problem.
They came across two electric cables that had been ran right to left in the cavity below the window; if I'd have used a smaller company this would have stopped the job until we could source an electrician, however the fitter called an electrician who worked for Newglaze, who then turned up a couple of hours later to quickly re-route and rectify; all still within the quoted price. Fitters were friendly, polite and nice to have around, and cleaned up what is an inherently messy job. Absolutely brilliant service.

Really disappointed about my recent experience. My partner and I needed a piece of glass with a hole for a cat flap to be delivered before Christmas as we were going away and needed it done before then. The glass was apparently ready to be delivered on Monday, it's now Saturday and despite my partner chasing them and asking repeatedly for a delivery date we have not received this.
At no point did anybody actually say that it wouldn't be possible to get it delivered, in fact we have had very little contact from New Glaze at all. We should not have to chase them for this, it really seems that they don't care at all about us as customers. We have been hugely let down and finding impossible to get any information from the company at all. We are seriously considering looking elsewhere for this and future work that we need doing.

A new window and back door needed. Plan, go to Newglaze because they built our conservatory and made a fantastic job of it and after 14 years it still looks like new and still gives us enormous pleasure, so why look elsewhere? Quoted a very good price and advised installation date. Phoned to say they could fit three weeks earlier than expected. We agreed and they advised arrival between 12 and 2 pm. Turned up at 1.45 and two hours and half later we have new window and door. Highly skilled friendly and efficient. Would not dream of going elsewhere. Why would you?
