I took the time to read Google reviews before making my choice about which company to choose to have my windows replaced, and decided on Black Country Glazing. I had 2 windows replaced at the back of the house and am more than happy with the fit and quality of workmanship. Dave and Dave were very pleasant, efficient and professional. The price was competitive too. I highly recommend the business and know exactly where to go when I need more work done.

Awaiting a visit from them to give me a price for 2 jobs On getting an appointment they were very good and came when it was ok for me only time will tell if its the firm for me. Have now placed an order for a porch and 2 windows well pleased with price they gave We had the porch and windows fitted in one day great service from the two dave's and after 10 days they sent me the bill and I paid and thanked them for their service 10/10

Critical: Professionalism A Driver of this company failed to giveway on a roundabout 9am today on carters lane halesowen so i sounded my horn as you do. The driver then put down his window and displayed offensive hand gestures from his vehicle. i certainly would not use this company or advise anybody else to do so.

Outstanding service from this excellent company from initial contact through to the fitting of the windows was carried out superbly and very professionally. The windows are of excellent quality and we will soon be replacing the rest of our windows and doors. Brilliant service, excellent products and would highly recommend.

We have had great service at a very good cost. The install team (Josh and Dave), worked really hard to complete the job in just 3 days and thoroughly cleaned up each day. Helpful staff, pre-installation visit and staff professional from sitting down to discuss windows and doors, to advising on installation date. Staff arrived early and with dust sheets down worked throughout the day to remove, refit new windows and doors and remove their waste. Can't fault the service and communication at any time. Thanks again for the exceptional work carried out, it's really given the house a makeover. After having the windows installed a week I would also like to add the windows and composite doors offers great soundproofing.

We are really pleased with our conservatory which was erected by Dave & Josh, and the adjoining kitchen window installed by Nick. Just keep them supplied with tea and coffee and they are happy - great blokes. This is the second time we have used Black Country Glazing and their quotation was by far the lowest, even though it was for a glass roof, when the other companies were quoting for the cheaper polycarbonate. A high quality job.

We recently had a kitchen door fitting leading into our conservatory replacing an old wooden framed basic door. The service and help we received was brilliant. The fitter that came to do the install was on time, very helpful and very polite. We stayed out the way and left him to do what he had to do. No mess left behind and even took away the old door and frame. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using them again.

Black Country Glazing have just completed a full replacement of windows and patio doors at our property. The service has been second to none from the very first contact with them. Black Country Glazing should be very proud of Gemma their office manager she is the nicest, politest, most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing is too much trouble.

Equally they should be proud of their fitters who do a marvellous job and leave everything looking great. Prices will amaze you compared to other companies but as they manufacture their own windows the quality far exceeds that of their competitors. Recommended all the way guarantee you won't be disappointed.

We had a new front door, porch and double window installed. The service and communication was excellent and the finished item is very good quality and professionally installed. Service was friendly and fitters cared about doing a good job. In advance of the order the team at the sales centre were really helpful and quick at responding to questions and queries. Will continue to recommend this company as they have now completed several jobs for our family and their work is second to none.

Great customer service and exceptional value. After the initial appointment, the quote came through the very next day. It was amazing value for money so we decided to book to get all our bedroom windows done. Nick our fitter came on time every day, was very polite and courteous, clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement doors or windows. When you request a quote they send someone round to measure up, a few days later you get a quote with a detailed drawing for each window. There are no pushy salesmen spending hours telling you how wonderful their products are, it is a simple take it or leave it price.

I had already got windows fitted in part of my house supplied by this company nearly six years ago and they are as good now as the day they went in. For this reason I had no hesitation in using them again this time. The fitters were very courteous and took a great deal of care to cover our carpets and furniture as on the fitting day it was pouring with rain. We are very pleased with our new windows and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or to recommend to anyone that asks.

I used Black Country glazing and wanted to say it was the best decision I made. We replaced our old wooden front door with a new UPVC door. Black Country glazing gave a very competitive quote, and within a few days they came to measure and did the survey. Then the door was fully fitted. The fitters were very helpful and friendly and I am honestly so happy with the service I have received. Thank you to everybody at Black Country glazing.
