Really excellent service from Rob and his fitters, Steve and Ben, of Hereford Windows. They were so helpful, friendly and efficient. Our new patio doors look great. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Hereford Windows on four occasions now and rate them very highly. They initially fitted patio doors, then they replaced some windows (which they also enlarged for me) and a single door. Then I had to replace my front double door. They have just finished changing the last of some very old windows that I had. Each time the service has been excellent, they clean up after they have finished and I am very happy with the work they do.

The windows and doors also appear to be very good quality. What is more, they are extremely good value and I have got to the stage where they are my first and only port of call. It saves being hassled with more expensive quotes that are "50% off" to start with and then get subsequently cheaper when there are more reasonable quotes. When I was given other quotes, their expense was explained by various special fittings that Rob took the time to educate me about as to their specific value when I asked if HW did these "special vents" etc.

We have very recently had new windows installed by Hereford Windows and they were the only installer who could supply the colour we wanted and size of window. The installation was carefully done and all the refitting of blinds and curtain rails was included. They cleaned up carefully and thoroughly and removed all the waste. Very pleased with the results and we would highly recommend
