Great Service and Great Price. Installation engineeer was very polite and obliging with very good attention to the detailed finish. The windows look great especially the ones with interstitial blinds. Really glad that Martin B demonstrated them to us in the showroom. No more net curtains or blinds to dust. We also had a very sturdy patio door installed and the difference in heat loss is amazing.
Much less heating requireed now which is very welsome with increasing energy costs. I found the whole process very slick and I competed the work with five different window companies.

1. Had a front door fitted January 2021 2. The door mitre on one side was sub standard due to poor manufacturing from day one of installation. 3. The mastic around the door on installtion was extremely poor and only when we complained was it going to be put right. 4. The replacement door part was worse than the first. 5. Numerous letters, emails and phonecalls later we still have a sub standard door and are still waiting for the manufacturer( according to all three Directors of this company to have a look at it) 6.
A company has one chance to put things right, they have failed and have gone silent. 7. Conditions of Sale Goods and Services and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 mean nothing to this company.

To be honest I'm not really sure where to start. We ordered windows from panoramic, and everything was well. there was a bit of damage done when installing the front windows which is fine. We expected it and wasn't a problem it is what it is. We had a few marks etc to which we told panoramic about and again this was dealt with. The people installing the windows to the front of the house was great.
The communication from the office was not! After leaving countless messages and having to chase up when the repairs were going to take place was a bit of a joke. And they had to come back twice after the original installation which meant 2 days off work for me. Same with our back windows we had to do some chasing on them and a complaint about one of the fitters which I won't go in to as I don't think it's for here.
So after finally speaking to the lady manager she agreed to send some vouchers to us. We never received these vouchers!. and I called the office twice and left a message for the manager to call me back. She's always in meetings by the way and hardly ever returns your call. These messages were left a week apart to give her plenty of time. no call came neither did the vouchers!
Which to be honest I was fully expecting. I wouldn't use this company if you like communication skills. As they certainly lack in that. I am in the process of putting a formal complaint to the company as I have clearly been ignored and taken for a bit of a ride now they have had full payment. If you agree something then do it. People shouldn't have to chase you.

From the first visit of Panoramic's salesman to the actual fit we have been impressed with this company's professionalism. Having got quotes and visits from the big companies we found that this company stood out. The salesman actually advised us on what doors would suit the layout of our steps rather than trying to flog us the most expensive ones which really made us want to engage them.
The fitter was prompt and did a brilliant job. We hadn't initially thought of having this style door but we are delighted with it. We would definitely recommend you to friends.

Very impressed with their magnificent showroom, the best I have ever visited! The quality of their products is superb, and their installers did a great job in safely removing our French doors which were to be re-used and replacing them with sliding patio doors. I would thoroughly recommend Panoramic.

From start to finish my project has been handled with professionalism and care by the team at Panoramic. A family business which employs their own fitters rather than subcontracting the work out and a company which doesn't employ pushy sales techniques either - such a refreshing change! I was always going to be a hard customer to please because I had been in the window industry myself. I had a very exact specification that most companies could not achieve. Panoramic listened to my requirements and came back with a full set of drawings, a detailed specification, and a fixed price. All without any pressure. The Windows and doors were supplied on time and to a very high quality. There was a follow up call to check everything was O.K. I will definitely use them again

We have had Panoramic install new windows and front door recently. We were very happy with the result. The consultant was excellent, and we changed our mind based on his advice. There was a small delay in the delivery, but we were informed about this in good time. When the fitting team arrived, everything went perfectly and we are delighted.

Big thank you to Panoramic for the excellent service, products and installation. Helpfull& experienced sales team helped me to choose the right design and products for my property. Had windows and doors done two years ago, the product was excellent, and Panoramic again delivered the best service and product by installing an Orangery @ my property.
