Excellent after sales service to come out and tighten up our bifold doors.

Would highly recommend this company to others, the quality and fitting was superb, the team were fantastic from start to finish and we are very happy with our new windows and conservatory.

Totally first class. Over last few years we have replaced most windows and both doors including some odd sizes. Price is competitive. Surveyor was v experienced and really helped us achieve what we wanted. Service is really good. The lady in the office is just lovely as well as effective. Installation was quick and tidy, and look great. Follow up to change locks was great. Chap also serviced door hinges and siliconed all my windows too. Cant praise highly enough. Thanks folks.

Excellent workman ship from start to finish, dust sheets laid everywhere they were working. Lovely finish around doors and windows. Very pleased with Dean and Tony left no mess and worked like troopers. Graham and Dean who own the company where friendly and helpful not pushy in anyway. Would highly recommend this company.

Horrible Company Poor fitting and terrible after sales. Their MD and customer complaints manager (Patricia) are rude. They are husband and wife and therefore never listen to anyone other than themselves. The sales team are brilliant, but are let down by the management who bully customers if they dare to complain. They took our money carried out shoddy work then lost interest in our complaints. I gave them a star only because you need to in order to leave a review.

We used Banbury Windows & Doors to have two french doors fitted. Graham and his team were fantastic from start to finish and we love our new doors. Excellent quality and customer service at a very competitive price. No pushy sales tactics like some other well-known companies! Highly recommend and will definitely be using again to do our windows. After deliberating over 3 different companies, we chose to proceed with Banbury for our conservatory. They required no deposit, did not bombard us with telephone calls etc. we found the whole experience to be trouble free from outset to completion, we are delighted with our conservatory and would gladly recommend Banbury windows and conservatories.

We used Banbury Windows to replace windows in our property. Initially things went well however my mother was convinced into buy a 'Wood Effect' Front Door. The door looks horrendously cheap and tacky, the silicon that has been used to fit it is now coming away from the wall and we have damp coming in through it. We went back to them with our concerns and as we required a new back door were given a pitiful discount and the door was installed.

As a back door it should open out however the door installed opens inwards. Secondly we told them that we were converting the garage and would need floor clearance for a water based underfloor heating system, upon review they have not left enough floor clearance, and claim that they believe in was going to be electric underfloor heating. In short a rubbish job done, shocking customer service and ridiculous prices. Avoid at all costs! (Only given a star in order to post the review)

A film company are shooting a film in the house over the road and have asked if they can film our front door for the outside shots as it looks far superior to the one on the house they are using! Good advert dean

We have just had our windows and front door replaced by Banbury Windows and Conservatories. They were not the cheapest quote we had but after meeting Dean we felt confident they were a professional company selling good quality products. Importantly there was no form of pressure selling, they gave us a quote and waited for us to contact them. We then agreed an installation date, the two fitters (Paul and Jason) were top class giving us options on finishing touches such as trim around frames etc, and clearing up at the end of each day.

We had one minor problem with the front door, which turned out to be a manufacturing fault. Banbury Windows made contact with the manufacturer and arranged the replacement of the faulty door. At no point did they ask for payment until we were satisfied, and then I made contact with them. I thoroughly recommend Banbury Windows and Conservatories, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
