Orchard Conservatories,Windows & Doors

I've used Orchard to replace both doors and all of the 22 windows in my house, there was no problems with the installation of my products and everything looks a lot better then before. All the products are reasonably priced and meet all the standards I was hoping for, I wouldn't of chosen another company even if I could.

If your going to get windows and doors I would recommend using Orchard, they kept in contact throughout the whole situation and let me know about all the updates, the windows where fitted perfectly and I can't even tell they weren't here at the start, the customer service was amazing and I felt appreciated the whole way through.

Had been on the market for a new conservatory and thought these guys would be worth a look. To start with they seemed friendly a Sales Person came out to look went through designs and I couldn't fault them. Three weeks later, I rang to chase as I hadn't heard anything, spoke to a lady on reception and was told someone would call back. They didn't.

Then the next day same again! Left it about a week before trying again same answer and no call back. Interestingly we are now over three months without contact so have decided spend a good amount of hard earned money with a company that was interested.

A great company. We have lived in Tavistock for decades and Orchard supplied our windows and doors. We will never forget the responsiveness, friendliness and competance with which Orchard resolved our emergency last week when the mechanism in a downstairs window broke. The General Manager, Jamie, and staff responded immediately. Jamie came out in person to fix the window resolving the crisis. Would recommend Orchard to anyone.

I can't post less than one star! If I could I would. Customer service is shocking. I left serval messages to get a quote for window unit replacements, to be told someone would call me back. They never did! Don't waste your time- use a company that will respond to messages and is more reliable. In response to the below comment. I understand that things have been hard for businesses during covid 19 but I gave you time to respond before making a decision who to use.

This was last year after the first lock down. If you were busy then tell people but to say someone would call me twice and they never did. In my option it's completely unprofessional. So my comment stands don't waste your time!

I am fed up of this firms vans constantly blocking the lane outside the house of jasmine cottage and the other house which is directly opposite. They have been blocking this narrow lane for well over 5 years now. I am fed of not being able to get down the lane with my child or my horse. When I have tried to approach them regarding this issue they were rude and inconsiderate, I believe I should not have to constantly ask them to move their vans to get through, they should have realised by now to park down the lane where people can get through. So orchard windows can you please be respectful to people who live in this area and stop blocking the top of the this little lane with your massive vans

I required 2 windows and a door and was recommended I try Orchard Windows. I am pleased to write an outstanding review. Their customer service was excellent. They were knowledgeable in all fields from just window's that I requested to future sales advice if I wanted anything else. A particular thanks goes to Jamie who really was a first class salesman without the pretence. Highly recommended

Just had six windows installed, the installation team were very professional, left the place clean and tidy. Windows are lovely. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend Orchard to anyone wanting to upgrade windows and doors

Orchard Conservatories did a lovely job. I was advised the doors would be available within 8 to 10 weeks so I wasn't expecting them until after Christmas, but I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived and were fitted within 20 days of my order. The fitters were extremely professional and worked quickly and efficiently in horrendous weather. They cleaned up after them and the doors are really brilliant. The fitters went above and beyond.

To all the management and staff best wishes for 2020. Many thanks for the excellent work on my mum's (Sheila's) conservatory roof last year. Also the fantastic windows and porch installations done over the past few years. Couldn't wish for a better experience! :)

I'm very pleased with my beautifully fitted arched windows. They are quite an unusual shape, so were a challenge, but the guy's worked quickly and efficiently. They were a pleasure to have around. Thank you Orchard.

We are delighted with our new windows and doors, which were fitted before Christmas. Orchard have been great from start to finish. They were able to show us a good range of products in their impressive showroom and we felt confident that we made the right choice. Needless to say Gary and John did a great job of fitting and left our house clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Orchard.
