Don't bother. Turned up with wrong glass in the front door. Many of the window units have cracks in the sills, one of the panes blew a week after fitting, and the worst - we can't actually get in or out of our front door which is a major risk to safety and a fire hazard. Despite this, the company cannot give me a date to resolve. On one occasion, they sent out an engineer to look at the door and he told us he considered the door to be faulty, but when I rang the office to chase a week later they told me he said there was nothing wrong with the door. I will hold your company personally responsible for any loss or injury as a result of this. AVOID.

Driver of van with Reg LP12MFE is an absolutely liability. Driving like a boy racer in a clapped out Fiesta ST. At least 25mph over the limit in a 40, and aggressively tailgating people, in a company van. Honestly if you hire people with as many brain cells as him I wish you luck. Also your vans rusty as the titanic, speaks volumes about your business.

**My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs! - Poor quality products, Poor quality fitting, Poor customer service ** Windows were fitted at the end of April, numerous issues including cracked/scratched/damaged window frames, cracked/scratched/substandard glass units, fitters who take no care in fitting them well (all they want to do is rush the job to get home early), lack of contact from the office to resolve issues, chasing for updates to be told 'we will come tomorrow' meaning appointments were booked in last minute.
On the original installation date, one of the glass units was missing (bathroom). They had to arrange for a temporary glass unit to be sent as the window had already been removed, the correct glass was not fitted supplied and fitted until 2 months after this. 4 months on from having the windows originally fitted, I am still waiting for a 4th set of glass units due to the internal Georgian fret either being mis-aligned and/or rattling as they were not manufactured correctly, or due to having scratches/chips in the glass.
We have had 2 frames replaced (one of the replacement frames arrived damaged again but we had to fit due to other works at the house that was being held up). We have windows that we struggle to close due to the window fitters never bothering to check the hinges are correctly lined up, glass and frames that have been left 'dirty' with the original black sealant on the glass from arrival (despite them being "cleaned" inside and out at each installation). Beading/frames with scratches and marks on due to careless fitting that is still to be repaired.
I have been expecting a call back from 'Jeff' the 'director' who 4 weeks ago was calling me to arrange a visit to check the on-going issues I have raised. I have chased weekly by phone and email, have been told that there is only Jeff who is now dealing with my case due to the above and yet he cannot be bothered to pick up the phone and return my call to resolve.
I now have a brand new kitchen due to be installed in 2 weeks time with issues with the windows still outstanding almost 4 months after installation. The repairs to the windows have been requested to be carried out prior to this (which I don't think is unreasonable given the length of time it has been so far). Who pays for the repairs to any damage their contractors will cause to my new kitchen when they climb up onto the worktops/drop their tools.
I have seen the level of care they take, and I have no confidence in any of their installers to give any respect or care in my home or the work they do. It's also worth noting that my windows were replaced under Covid-19 restrictions. Not one of the window fitters wore any face masks or took any pre-cautions either before or during being in my home.
The customer service is poor, I have no paperwork or guarantees from the installation of the windows and find myself worried that I am going to be left with poor quality windows, that have been poorly fitted and no remedial action taken or any guarantee provided. The only positive I can give, is that the initial contact we had with Rob the salesman, and Adrian the surveyor were fantastic.
Both were really helpful, gave lots of advice and recommendations and were the reason we went ahead with this company. Unfortunately everything from this point has been a completely different experience and I wish I had never taken the decision to give this company my business. My next steps are to look at what options I have in terms of taking this further to resolve.

Encountered many issues while dealing with Orion. First of all they arrived to fit the windows without one of the windows (great start) therefore the fitting was delayed. They also mananged to bring the incorrect handle colour meaning they had to return again which was inconvenient. Every appointment we had was rearranged at short notice through no fault of our own.
Let's not get me started on the attitude of the so called director jeff. The guy was rude and unprofessional to say the least when trying to arrange work they had previously promised would be sorted. Would never recommend these the anybody. Too difficult to deal with.

Orion Windows installed our Evolution windows and doors just before the first lockdown in March. They had given us a great quote but because they were not local [we live over 40 miles away from the showroom], I was at first unsure if they would be reliable. I then checked with two households who had used them nearby and they gave them the thumbs up.
My initial doubts were completely unfounded. The installation was efficient and the workmen were courteous and helpful. We had a couple of teething problems afterwards, but Orion came out and sorted them without fuss. We also returned some fittings which were not needed and received a full refund for them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company. In fact, our neighbours are having the same type of windows and doors fitted by them on our recommendation. We found them to be a highly professional company!

Excellent service. We had all our windows replaced with the new legacy sliders. Gary was excellent with sales, no pressure, very patient to get it right and no haggling as started with a fair price. Adrian was fab with survey and advice. The fitters Kev and Lewis were A+++ (and I'm not easily pleased). Best of all and contrary to some reviews on here, Jeff was a star. I asked some pressing questions on the model ordered / fitting and he was straight over. We're so pleased they are coming back to do our front door. highly recommended.

Had a rosewood pvc conservatory supplied and fitted by Orion. The guttering and roof products have faded all round and looks a real mess. I phoned and eventually spoke with J Carrington (Director) who told me these items are NOT covered under the guarantee. This however was not explained when I purchased the conservatory. AVOID getting ripped off.

Recently completed extension to house replacing old conservatory and providing for kitchen extension. Delighted with results and very happy with process and the fair cost. Everyone from Richard who provided the design through to the build with Paul, Mark, Daryl and others were professional, reliable and easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Orion for such projects.

Just had 11 new windows fitted by Orion Windows of York. They have been excellent from start to finish. From providing the competitive quote promptly, surveying, fitting and after sales service. Kev & Lewis did a great job on the fitting. We had only one snag, with a cracked glazing unit, but staggered when they came to replace it, only two days later. Outstanding. If only all businesses were like this.

We recently had a kitchen conservatory fitted and during the build stage I spotted a potential issue. Within an hour the surveyor was on site and worked out a solution. You can only really value the service of a company when its put to the test, Orion passed with flying colours and the outcome was perfect. You can be confident when dealing with Orion Windows that the service and quality of workmanship is first class.
