After using this firm twice and giving them thousands I have to say I shan't be using them again complained to them about the chrome door handles peeling and a smug guy calling to see them I've not heard anything since, their loss having another firm to give a quote on a new conservatory Well this morning I had a call from Ambassador asking what had they done wrong, and I have to admit I was wrong putting this review on here, my issue was with the smug guy that called on us and not Ambassador the firm, I should have called them to complain about the guy so they could deal with him I've had good quality service in the passed from them I hope they will except my apology so again my fault not theirs.

Arranged for salesman to call out. Waited in all evening and he never turned up. Received a call from him the following day stating there was some other matter he was dealing with and his phone died. Really? Anyway, he then called another day, agreed a price, paid 400 deposit & was told 8 weeks for the door. 10 weeks later with no update I chase them up to be told we don't have it but it's due in next week.

Next week as you can imagine came and went, no door. Week 12 I chase them up again to be told it's been sent to another company and that it'll have to go back to the manufacturer to be checked who'll then send it to Ambassador to be checked and they'll the arrange to fit it. Week 14 the fitters turn up with a door that was the correct colour but a totally different design to what we ordered.

The fitter was shown the order form as completed by ambassador & confirmed, it's not what you ordered & took it away with them. So all this, they check it then we check it was all nonsense. After 14 weeks I demanded a refund which I did receive. The reality is that after 14 weeks my door had not been made or started as they made the wrong door! Not even an apology.

Rang for quote for two windows on 12/04/22, stating I was in a rush as was in middle of 2 bathroom renovations. Arranged visit for next day, when I accepted quote. Measurements taken the following day, Thursday. Then came Easter weekend. Tuesday 19th I was contacted and asked to confirm glass choice and windows fitted today, despite I'd not even paid deposit.

All staff pleasant and helpful, actually arrive and ring back as arranged and workmanship second to none. Price not the cheapest but competitive with companies providing similar quality product. Highly recommend as my first choice.

We've just finished having all new sash windows installed and new doors. To say we are pleased is an understatement! The service and workmanship was exceptional. I highly recommend Ambassador Windows.

Absolutely brilliant service. The new windows and doors are superb quality and were professionally installed by a tidy, polite, competent team who took pride in their work and getting things right. We went with Ambassador after a previous conservatory we had from them. The Swish window units are rock solid and high quality. The after installation care is also excellent if there are any problems. Stay away from the cowboys, and ask Ambassador for a quote. The are highly recommended. Their prices are also excellent. The new Gray Windows and doors look very smart.

Very good initial installation cannot fault it. But a recent problem flagged up some communication problem. I received a very rude telephone call from a member of staff who forgot professionalism

Had new windows and doors fitted and couldn't recommend this company enough. They gave us the best quote and the quality is brilliant. The customer service at ambassador couldn't have been better, the whole team worked non-stop and were very friendly and polite and went above and beyond my expectations. They left my house spotless and returned to check everything over, as the weather conditions have been poor. I would highly recommend to everyone! Thank you!

Just had new windows and doors installed today by Ambassador Window and Home Improvements Ltd. Best price around, superb quality product and the fitters go above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough! Went with Ambassador as I had the best quote but will be a returning customer because of the quality of service received - thanks guys

Really happy with the service we have received, solid company, good quality of workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to other people. We were really worried about replacing all doors and windows at once, but the team was really tidy and managed to get the job done in just one day. Really pleased.

Great service when looking to place an order. Warranty work and waiting time is shocking. No communication and attitude on staff when you call. I'd never recommend this company again and it's the worse service I've had. Excuses after excuses promised call back but nothing. Keep your money and go to a better company

Had my Composite door fitted yesterday only a few weeks after ordering, I am so so pleased.i actually cant stop looking at it. So helpful with ordering, excellent fitting service and a lot cheaper than anyone I had out. but excellent quailty also. Would recommend.

Ambassador Windows re-fitted our entire house, which involved replacing several french windows and large panoramic windows, and the team of fitters were exceptionally clean and tidy and professional. Whenever there were any queries or concerns the company were very helpful and accommodating. The windows are high quality and manufactured on site so if there any problems they can be dealt with immediately: crucially, the price was very competitive. I can highly recommend.
