Had a fitted kitchen enstalled October / November 2021. What a brilliant service from start to finish! The workmen were so nice and the quality of work from everyone of the trades was second to none! Martin Allan one of the directors was so good he would be in to see the progress of the work once / twice a week. Absolutely no problems our kitchen is outstanding! I contacted Bon Accord in Spring 2021, and after they assessed and measured, they told me I would be able to get my windows installed by October or November 2021. The customer service seemed excellent compared to other companies I had contacted for quotes, so I was very excited to have a winter with new windows that wouldn't be leaky and draughty!

I signed a contract, had a credit check done.and I've never heard from them again since despite numerous e-mails and phone calls over November to December. I'm so disappointed, frustrated and angry. I've since found out that a friend's family had similar issue with them where it took them 2 years before they installed a conservatory trying to increase the price they had been quoted and signed up for as costs had gone up in the 2 years they had been waiting.

Still waiting for defects to be rectified on windows that were fitted 2 years ago. Customer service is shocking bad, no one seems to care or respond but quick enough to take your money! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

Quoted something like 3900 for a front door, whilst local hardware store suggested no more than 1500 including install. Just out to rip you off big time

We can not fault bon accord glass they installed our whole house with new Windows a couple of years ago no problem found them to be very professional Windows are fab had a few niggles recently were dealt with promptly and to a high standard highly recommend

ALL the Bon Accord sales team and on-site workers were excellent. We initially had five companies price the job. Bon Accord was very competitive and once we met Ian and the team we decided to use them. We were not disappointed. Great communication, effective planning and a flexible approach to the job ensured our confidence throughout the process. We would highly recommend Bon Accord if you are considering an extension - you won't be disappointed.

We asked Bon Accord Glass to quote for some replacement kitchen cabinet doors and also some new cabinets. Someone came and spent some time taking measurements and said they would get back to us with a quote. After patiently waiting for four weeks contacted them to ask when we would receive the quote and were told that they wouldn't be quoting. Nice of you to let us know Bon Accord. If you didn't want the job why bother wasting everyone's time. Obviously not a big or expensive enough job for you!

Bon Accord Glass Tried to keep this private until now, however Bon Accord have had the worst customer service ever and as such sharing to stop anyone we know ever using them! A simple rectangular extension with patio doors and one window! Window at the wrong height, they couldn't provide internal pocket doors after 5 attempts (a lot to do with their joiners putting walls up squint), hid errors they had made behind beading hoping we didn't notice, plumber stole from our house, let themselves in on days they weren't meant to be here and didn't turn up on others, asked on at least 4 occasions for the project manager to come down to discuss all of the above and got ignored!

Three repairs to brand new gutters, spilt glue on our newly laid kardean flooring, wrecked our garden by dumping old slabs on grass. Plastering awful with bubbles, screw heads, seams visible and they have the cheek to send us the same initial bill! Shocking and disgusting. Went direct to Manager and he doesn't seem to care and doesn't reply! We have many photos of what they think is an adequate standard and please tell your friends and family not to go near them! Went with a big reputable (haha!) Company to avoid such issues! We have, since this happened heard lots of problems from other people about them too!

Recently had conservatory replaced. Excellent service from start to finish. They listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the design. Any problems during the build were dealt with promptly.

We had good windows from them 20 years ago and we are about to use them again. Cheaper than Thistle but dearer (and more professional) than Crest.

We recently used Bon Accord to fit new windows, doors and they also did a garage conversion for us! The most friendly, helpful, skilled guys you could ever meet! They have made the most beautiful job! We are totally thrilled with the work carried out and can't recommend them enough! Just brilliant!

Although Bon Accord built me a conservatory and raised patio area over the winter (2018/2019), they were very organised, kept me informed and kept the site very tidy the whole time. Any 'teething' problems were always dealt with by Ian (project mgr) asap. I would recommend the company and staff.

Came to our house about 5 weeks ago to give us a quote on a kitchen extension, never heard again from them. Phoned to check and the architect said he didn't had time. If it's so difficult to give a quote, I'm wondering how long will it take them to finish a kitchen extension.very unprofessional

Great venue. Old fashioned in a nice sort of way. Friendly staff, the young girl at the reception today was no helpful. I will use this venue in future for model training.
