Fitted doors and windows 10 years ago.you really need the 10 year guarantee due to the poor quality and fitting of their products. Just had another window company around to find that EYG put no insulation around the windows (again!) and loosely screwed the frames in to a batton so the window was basically floating and hardly secured. There was 36 engineer visits for balcony doors to find the problem was again no insulation around the door fram causing a draught.the rude manager suggested I 'deal with then draught' and the MD refused to contact me. Really very disappointed by this company as their windows were not cheap and zero apology for all the the time & stress they have caused.

Love the look of our conservatory but we've had so many pains of glass replaced with seals going. The cost now its out of warranty is ridiculous.

Jack & Josh installed our replacement windows 16 & 17 May 2022. They were both polite & professional, installing the windows to a high standard & we were both very pleased with there work. We would have no hesitation to use or recommend EYG in the future.

Had both upper and lower bay windows fitted. The quality of the product and the fitting of the windows was exceptional. With a beautiful level cill, and perfectly fitted windows they look great. They even fitted extra piece's to the tops to allow my blinds to fit to. The interior decoration was hardly touched. Mark and Damian did a great job in the fitting, they kept the place and work areas clean and tidy. Very professional and hard working. From an extremely satisfied customer.

Very happy with the overall quality of product and service in terms of the fitting and the building work. Although there were inevitable delays due to circumstances, these were dealt with promptly and professionally by the office staff and the workers on site. The two window fitters, Josh and Jack were first class at their job. Courteous and considerate and always tidy. Thei8r professionalism is a credit to EYG.

We spent over 30k on an orangery which we have had problems with, all the roof is bubbling which has now caused damp in our loft. They have come out on 3 separate occasions to survey the roof, the last time been around 2 months ago where they said they would be back in contact with a date for fixing in a week. We have rang over 20 times in two months and no one returns any our calls so basically the 10 year warranty isn't honoured.

They keep transferring my calls but no one answers and you cannot leave a message very frustrating. We used EYG over other local suppliers because we thought we were more protected with the bigger company warranty. We should have used a more local company and saved 10K. Still awaiting the phone call!

First Class Installation The installation of our new windows and door was first class. Both workmen (Paul & Carl) were very professional and courteous. The windows/door are of good quality as is the finish. Paul & Carl both worked efficiently and minimised any disruption and cleaned up after themselves. We are delighted with the finished product and can highly recommend this company.

If I was only reviewing our conservatory I would go for a 5 star view UNFORTUNATELY I also ordered a new pvc front door. Our conservatory was fitted on the date promised however our door was not ready on the same week. When the new door was to be replaced our old wood door was removed. It was then that the fitters found out that the surveyor had measured it incorrectly.

The door is held in place by wooden pieces and foam and is unusable! We have had no further communication from EYG. I have contacted them and someone was going to ring me back 4 days ago. Why is it so difficult to keep us informed of it's progress? They have our email address, home and mobile details. It appears that customer service is not a priority.

We have had an extremely positive experience of EYG. We have just had our conservatory roof changed into a hybrid one with skylights. All of the men who worked on the roof were courteous and polite and hard working. These included Mike, Phil, Carl, Lee and Barry. The plastering is exceptional which was done by Karl and Andy. Everyone tidied up after themselves and the work was completed as per the schedule given to us. Our roof is already making such a difference to us and we can not recommend EYG more highly.

Very disappointed with the service given by the sales rep. Update - lack of communication from them Update - fitted the 3 windows look great, the inner doors great. The new front door - disaster disaster they have had to cut into the glass beading detail to fit the handle, horrible. They have had to order a new one which will be another 3 weeks. Update door fitted looks great (about time) Update 5 months since fitting and the window seals are leaking in air not good at all.
